Great Stay We stayed here recently for a quick overnight. Check in was very welcoming and friendly. The interior of the hotel looks very luxurious. Our two queen suite was very spacious. The towels were soft and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and consisted of a full hot buffet with a made to order omelette bar. Everything was perfect.

Disappointed this time Disappointed to see that this Hilton property has gone downhill. We have stayed here several times while visiting family in the area but this time we were unhappy with our stay for several reasons. First off the cleanliness of the property. Elevator and hall carpets are filthy, room carpet was soiled so that we never took our shoes off when walking around. Ever since hotel properties allow pets this has become a real issue !! Our suite had a huge rip in the couch cushion, furnishings seemed soiled and worn. There were strands of long black hair in our sink and tub, linen on the beds seemed clean but mattresses are badly in need of replacing. Suites in general are tired and worn, need a major update and redecorating. The friendliest employees we encountered was the breakfast lady who was constantly kept busy making omelets, the maid and the front desk person. Others were distant and never welcoming. While the happy hour is a nice touch the apps offered were never replenished so if you were not there at the start you missed out. Breakfast offerings were plentiful and kitchen personnel kept busy stocking items and clearing tables so no issues there other then juice that this time seemed watered down. This property sadly did not measure up to what Hilton standards used to be. We will consider other properties in the future as the cost of staying here does not measure up to what this property has become. We travel a lot and lately search for hotels that do NOT allow pets. The contrast in cleanliness between those that do and those that don’t is immediately noticed !! If hotels are going to accept pets perhaps they should have “pet only designated rooms” close to the entryways and leave the other floors pet free so guests who have allergies to pets, don’t enjoy hearing barking animals or deal with pet stains can comfortably enjoy their stay.

Less than average for Embassy Suites Properties This property is an “ok” embassy property. Certain things were unacceptable. 1. Checking in the cart had a wheel that was flat. I actually told the maintenance guy about it on Thursday when we checked in. He took it away. On Saturday when we left the same cart was back in the rotation as the only cart I could choose from. 2. Some staff in restaurant were very pleasant and friendly. Others were generally rude. 3. No coffee was out prior to breakfast opening. Every prior embassy had coffee prior to opening the complimentary breakfast. 4. Towels in room were all stained on arrival. Looked like blood and was washed but didn’t come out. 5. Carpet needs cleaning or replacement. Common areas were good but rooms need attention.

Horrible stay and fraudulant $100 charge added to card by GM I have stayed at literally hundreds of Hilton brand hotels including Embassy Suites and this has to be the worst I've stayed at both due to the horrid staff/GM and the poor quality of the hotel. To start they changed the room I had selected on the app. I had to then head to the front desk despite my digital check-in hours ago. The front desk staff were rude and did not apologize at all for the mix-up. The room they placed me in was hotter than heck and wouldn't cool down. I had to call multiple times until they finally moved me around 10 PM. I thought that was the end of my problems, but upon checking out, they billed me an additional $100 "pet cleaning fee" on top of the $75 pet cleaning fee. Pure thievery on the part of the front desk. Do not believe the other positive reviews. Do not stay here.

Worst hotel Not sure what has happened to Embassy Suites. But I won’t be spending another dime at one. Especially this one. I stayed for three nights in three different rooms. The first room the carpet and the bathroom floor hadn’t been cleaned as there was a substance that looked like brown sugar on it. The second room the ceiling above the shower was dripping water. The third room had a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower curtain when I went to shower. I told the front desk about these things and she said she would tell the manager and have the manager call me. Never got a call from the manager so I called her. Her name in Ladonta she told me to give her 24 hours for a refund. After two weeks and no refund I called and left a message for her. She called days later and said no refund would be coming. They would give me extra points. I told her that was unacceptable and I wouldn’t ever stay there or with Hilton again. Run from this hotel!
