Just Basic Well located behind the Belfry tower. Walkable to most sites. Getting to the hotel was ridiculously difficult. All the streets are either one way or no access so we drove in circles for about 40 min before we found our way. The staff was somewhat aloof, but efficient. Rooms were clean but rather small (barely room for 1 med luggage) and the bed not very comfortable. No coffeepot in room. Street noise below, possibly quieter on the back side of the property. If you only require a very basic room with a good location this would suffice.

Great 3* in a perfect location A great hotel in a fantastic location. Rooms are very clean but I scored down for 2 reasons 1. No tea/coffee making facilities in room 2. The room we stayed in was SO hot Even with radiators off there was under floor heating it was uncomfortable. The windows were pretty small so that didn’t help either. Breakfast is €20 and ok hot and continental. Bar opens at 5pm and is shut Sundays and Mondays I would recommend and would return _

Fabulous accommodation Extremely comfortable accommodation, clean and warm. No noise from the lifts or other guests. Pleasant staff and the breakfast was top class, quality food and a wide range to chose from, large dining area that was again comfortable and clean. I would recommend and return again, reasonably priced top value for money.

Lovely modern hotel in the heart of Bruges Excellent location just off the main square meaning everything was within walking distance. Rooms were spacious and clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a very good selection of continental and some hot items.

Wonderful location Wonderful location within the Olde City and across from the Belfry. Having a car is a liability in Brugge so think twice if you need one, but the hotel offers paid parking. Hotel staff were very nice and offer luggage storage for early arrivals. Room was tight but clean. Wifi is limited to the first few devices so if everyone tries to get on wifi, you will be out of luck. Bathtub shower was oddly placed so that shower was narrow, slippery with no bath mat. The glass covered half of the tub and it swings outward so it is easy to leak water on the floor. Paid breakfast is offered which is nice since most stores don't open until 10 AM. We would stay here again.
