Stay Away! Horrible customer service. Hotel was understaffed and no housekeeping services except for once every 3 days. They “forgot” to clean on the 3rd day. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told they were busy. I left my phone number and never received a call back. The breakfast was also gross and not fresh ingredients/items. For what they charge, you are better staying at an AirBNB since you will not be receiving any hotel amenities. Plenty of cute and large AirBnBS to choose from in the area.

Bad value, noisy from freeway and rooms smelled musty Check in was fast but very difficult to hear the front desk staff with the noisy bar. The room we were given was overlooking the pool and also the freeway so we could not leave our door open due to the deafening noise from the road! Ask for a non-freeway room if possible!! The room was updated but floors have carpet and overall had a musty smell, I think it was from the curtains. We left the door open to bring in some fresh air but it was so noisy we couldn’t sleep! My wife inspected the sheets and they were extremely wrinkled so looked like they may have been used before. The towels in the bathroom are so small and thin! Also the shower head needs to be replaced as it sprays all over the bathroom so I am assuming it is broken. I would not stay here again, overall a bad value!

Good location, could use a refresh and perhaps more focused management Great location for wine tasting. Very nice staff. Rooms can certainly use a refresh; certain lights in room not working and actually showing exposed wiring, wallpaper marked up, floors look dingy but not necessarily dirty. As a lifetime Titanium Bonvoy member, we were provided breakfast each morning, something many properties have been failing to do, and blaming it on Covid. Good for them!!! The only breakfast negative was that they did not have caffeinated coffee each morning we were there. I’m not sure how that happens and is no one on staff empowered enough to go to the Starbucks or grocery store one block away to get some real coffee? Seems like a management flaw, either poor inventory planning or not empowering your employees. Still, a very nice stay.

Good value Perfect location to explore all things Santa Ynez Valley. Nice to have an on property Cafe and bar. Rooms are comfortable, clean and well equipped. Only knock is occasional ac noise in the middle of the night. Hotel has been updated beautifully with exception of ac and elevator. That being said, this hotel a Value.

Not good Swimming pool very crowded and jacuzzi was a greenish yellow hue. Garbage cans were overflowing. Room bathroom needed a good scrubbing and drains were lined with yellow gunk. Patio had cigarette butts. Overall, I would not recommend or return.
