The Buena Park Grand Hotel & Suites

Worst hotel in the world. This is the worst maintain hotel in the world. The service is minus 100, attitude of the front desk night crew is minus 1000. Don't stay here not worth the pain and frustration by thr hotel management . This place show never be park of Marriott Bonvoy. The only reason I booked this as I am a Titanium member with Bonvoy. Fairfield down the street is a better option

I would pay a little more for more Very dated but I can live with that. This hotel has so many possibilities but falls short for the mold in the bathroom. How difficult is it to spray some bleach on the tile in the tub area? There were no sodas or snacks for purchase in the lobby. The breakfast was cold. That would have been OK but there was no microwave to heat it up. We had to take it to our room to warm it.

Roomy and Convenient Great location and spacious room. The staff was nice and the theming was great. The rooms themselves are roomy but they do need refurbishment. In fact, the whole property needs refurbishment but it’s still a great property. It’s close to shops and restaurants including Porto’s. It’s down the street from knott’s berry farm. You can walk to it. It’s also right next door to medieval times. Overall it’s a solid choice for a family trip.

Dirty, dated, and not worth it The hotel is dated, falling apart, rooms were not very clean. Elevator floor was disgusting. The lobby: Nice, looks like the pictures. But once you go out the back doors to go to your room, it is downhill from there. The Staff: friendly, when they were at the front desk, housekeeping staff was friendly. The Room: here we go….gross. First of all the room doors were glass doors with blinds for privacy. They did not close all they way, if you want a dark room, not gonna happen, and even if they did close, You did not feel comfortable. Most of the outlets did not work and some lights had shorts and flickered. The bathroom did not feel clean. No bathmat, making the bathtub slippery…be careful. One bar of soap and tiny 1 oz bottles of body wash and shampoo, no conditioner. The rooms are all suites. It looks like it used to be an Embassy Suites st one point, but my issue here is only 1 tv, it’s in the bedroom, none in the living room. I could go on and on about how bad this was. Do yourself a favor, stay somewhere else. On the bright side, parking is free.

AVOID This hotel is a total joke...rats and vermin in rooms, poor cleanliness, shifting policies...stayed there four months and they stole mischarged transient tax for 3 months.
