Worst stay ever This was the worst stay at a Hilton property. Our room did not have sheets or a comforter for the pullout sofa bed. We were told that there were 25 rooms ahead of us to get any sheets, etc. Our room was not clean at all. I had to call the front desk to get more towels, etc. The trash was running over downstairs outside of the property. You had to pay for valet each day and tip the guys. It would take forever for your vehicle to be available. The room was dusty. The beds are full size and not queen size. The breakfast area was so crowded and could not even find a table to eat breakfast there.

Disgusting hotel and rude staff Had a horrible experience at this hotel. I have stayed at dozens of Hilton properties and travel a lot for work. This was by far the worst stay. Our first room was absolutely disgusting. There was something spilled on the lamp shade and all over the walls. Then there was something gross caked on the bedroom pillow. That's when I called and asked if we could have a new room. They did move our room which we thought was somewhat better but still not great with the cleaniness. We got back from dinner and opened the sleeper sofa for our two boys to use to find no mattress at all. I called the front desk where they told me there was nothing they could do. My husband and I went downstairs to talk to the front desk and explain there was no way our kids could sleep on a hard frame. The front desk attendant could care less and got super defensive. Didn't care whatsoever. She finally said she could give us another new room but couldn't guarantee that one had a mattress. Not one apology for moving rooms again!!! Luckily the third room had a mattress but still dirty in areas. The bathroom had gross stains in areas. Don't stay at this hotel. I should have listened to thr other comments about he cleanliness of the rooms and rude staff. Absolutely disgusting! Will not be back.

Worst staff, dirty rooms, families avoid This is one of the worst service we ever received. We ordered a pack and play or crib for my kid when we booked two months in advance. We reached at the hotel after giving them an heads up that we will reach late. And the staff was so rude and simply told us no cribs available and talk to next shift in the morning. My 20 months old toddler couldn’t sleep all night on bed and we couldn’t too. Ruined our trip already. Specially staff at night was super rude.

Everything was sticky I will start off by saying that the staff were very friendly and accommodating and the free cocktail hour was convenient. However, my family and I were grossed out. The tub was dirty like it had never had a good scrubbing. The sink was clean but not sparkling clean.....only wiped down. The breakfast area was run down and everything you touched (tables and chairs) were sticky. The whole place needs a good wipe down.

Do not stay here. probably one of the worst hotel stays ever. We were part of large group because of a family wedding. My daughter's room had blood on her bed covering. They changed . Upon checking in,Another friend found blood on the sheets, un-wiped counter tops, shirts left in the closet from a previous guest. Another room had wet brown hanging over the lamp shade..i could go on and on... Hallways are not vacuumed, ripped carpets, stains on walls etc.
