great for the area stayed here for a couple of nights, definitely think it's worth it! free parking for those who are staying here. it's in a good area, lots to do around it. great coffee spot right across the road (spot coffee). close to the hockey arena, as that's why we were there. cute area!

Great hotel stay for marathon We stayed at the Hampton Inn Downtown Buffalo because my daughter was running in the marathon. We were very pleased with our stay. It was close to the marathon and the expo. Parking was convenient and safe. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was huge. The bed/linens were comfy. The hotel was crowded but we heard no noise in our room. The bathroom was nicely appointed. There were plenty of towels and abundant hot water. I was not there for business but travel frequently for work. I saw the desk was large with plenty of USB ports at the desk and next to the bed. There was also a charger next to the bed. There was an over bed table that could be used to work in the comfy chair or bed. The TV was easy to navigate. But I was most impressed with the breakfast staff. The area was crowded with families with children. The staff kept the area spotless. They brought out additional cereal, milk, hot chocolate, eggs-even whipped cream! The eggs and potatoes were appetizing and hot. They were ready to help anyone who needed a hand navigating the waffle machine or just needed to get to their table. My daughter appreciated the hot tub after the marathon. The pool area was very clean. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

The best location We came through Buffalo for a family trip of the northeast. We were lucky to be there during the Taste of Buffalo. The location for the Taste of Buffalo event is perfect and the event is fun and tasty. The hotel if comfortable, the breakfast was great. The staff was very nice and parking was no issue, easy in and out. It is a bit confusing during the Taste of Buffalo event to find the entrance so call the hotel to ensure you know the correct street to turn onto.

Business Review We have stayed several times a month for well over a year for business travel and arrive late . Usually midnight or later. George at the front desk is always welcoming and kind. We appreciate how nice he is after a long flight and a late arrival.

Changed my rate after booked OVER CHARGED ME BY 250 I booked my room as a diamond member for $194 I check my bank a few days later and see they have charge me $435 for the room an additional $250... very dissatisfied with this. I haven't been able to reach a manager to fix either.
