Can't Say Enough About the Staff As a meeting planner, I've held several small scale and large scale conferences at Legacy Lodge over the years. I'm always amazed by the professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail that the events team and the entire hotel staff display day in and out. They consistently go above and beyond to provide top notch service and truly understand what it means to be in the hospitality business (which seems to be a thing of the past at some larger chain hotels). I truly enjoy working with their sales and events team (shout out to the 2 Melissas), they make my job that much easier and treat each of my conference attendees as a valued guest.

Good Visit We were originally assigned to a room on the second floor, but I went back to the check-in desk, requesting a room on the first floor, since it'd be easy to take our dog out to use the potty. The check-in staff were very friendly and professional, they accommodated our request and moved us to the first floor. The first floor room that we were assigned, was more outdated, than the room that we were originally assigned to on the second floor. The only disappointment that we experienced is the length of the walk to get to the elevators and we had rented a golf cart and kept experiencing issues with it not connecting to their system correctly, which shuts the golf cart off from going forward, so I had to drive it back to the Lodge in reverse. I understand that this happens in areas that the carts don't suppose to go but this was in the parking lot, not even 50 yards from the lobby entrance. This was most likely an isolated incident, but I'm not positive. Walt, the golf cart attendant, was very friendly and apologetic. Overall it was a good visit!

Serious Business, Easy Stay I went to the legacy lodge on a business conference and had a fantastic stay. If I had gotten breakfast at Sidney’s on the first day I would have eaten there everyday just to chat with Sable. Hunter at Bullfrogs also gave some solid recommendations along with some great stories. While the venue is awesome it’s really is the staff that makes the place what it is and me wanting to come back

Really good because of two employees Jacques and Josh were the only ones who accommodated my family and I with respect and attention to detail with all the customers around us, they made sure our stay was fun and were willing to go above and beyond any mistakes made by other employees. I also noticed they both accommodated other clients too that had issues. We love this hotel.

Valet Legacy Lodge The valet service was impressive. Diana, Walker and Austin were great business partners! They were extremely attentive and made our visit as smooth as possible. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway.
