Great experience at Hotel Burbank Perfect service. Absolutely clean and updated common areas and rooms. I liked that they had games and a seating area and places to take “Cali Fun Vacation” type pics(touristy, but a neat thing to have…we were on vacation after all) Food was well prepared and delicious, not what we expected. Salsas, sauces, hummus, were all house made. They have a great selection (even for the vegans in our group). Lattes were as good as from a coffee shop. Solid selection of cocktails and beers. The pool area was clean and private and enjoyable for our family of four. The fitness center was adequate , had a reasonable amount of equipment and enough space to workout. The airport shuttle was another included benefit. The location is walkable to a LARGE mall and dozens of restaurants and bars. We took advantage of that after we checked out. The manager checked in with us on our stay and was nice to us and made sure we were taken care of(Matthew I think his name was) All this at a surprisingly affordable rate, less than $200 after taxes. Definite recommend.

Always amazing service I was back at my favorite hotel in August. This time Marco was at the desk. As has always been my experience with him, he is sincerely cheerful, welcoming and goes out of his way to make sure everything is right. This is a very family oriented hotel and the rooms are always surprisingly quiet. No raucous parties down the hall like so many other hotels I've been to. I always have dinner here when I stay here and the food continues to amaze me. Great hotel and staff.

Only book as a Last resort hotel If you're looking to get away, Hotel Burbank is great since you'll be far far away from any sort of reliable Internet or room maintenance. Expect multiple room issues and slow internet speeds of 5Mbps or worse, multiple disconnections if you can even manage to get a good enough signal to connect.

HIdden Treasure Near Everything Hotel Burbank was a pleasant surprise and a hidden treasure--rooms big and well-kept, GOOD bar and bar food--which is really Important if you have limited time to get fed and get to work. It was a pleasure to meet Pablo and Shannon at the Bar--accommodating and helpful in their service to customers. Desk Manager Matthew really helped us when we had to deal with late check-out. Good marks in customer service! And the pool is quite lovely, clean, well-maintained. We'll be back again!
