best Valets anywhere! Long overdue compliment to your valet staff. I've been staying with you on and off since you were called the Graciela. For decades now, the valet folks have been my favorites. They remember me, have my car waiting before I ask for it (They know I am an early riser), question my change of rental car choices when they are too pedestrian, they make me feel so welcome, it really does feel like family away from home. Keep them and give them all raises!

Exceptional Guest Experience As always, everything about our stay was absolutely perfect and wonderful. What makes the Amarano so special beyond the fact that the hotel is a hidden jem, is the truly amazing team members who work there. I say team members rather than staff because what you have is a group of individuals working here who truly embrace the meaning of customer service. Every member of your team is always on the top of their game and treat us like family whenever we stay at the Amarano. Especially noteworthy this trip were Lucia (front desk), Dexter (Valet) and Jordan (bar) each of whom went out of their way to make our stay truly enjoyable. But as I said, to a person, so did everyone on the Amarano team. (Still trying to figure out how Dexter would always have our car pulled up and ready for us BEFORE I would even ask....he's amazing or telepathically inclined or both! LOL You, Peter, should be extremely proud of the job you are doing leading such an amazing team. Teams like yours don't just happen - they are built by great leaders. Great stay at the Amarano in Burbank We had a block of rooms at the amarano for a family wedding. I have many environmental allergies and did not have any issues. The windows open and that was very helpful. Laurie was very patient with me as we figured out the best plan for a weeklong stay. Will definitely return.

Hotel Amarano is THE place to stay. This was our first stay at the Hotel Amarano and the experience was exceptional. From our first interaction with the parking valet, to check-in and over the course of our five-night stay, every aspect of the hotel was perfection. Situated adjacent to DIsney Studios and Warner Bros. Studios and within a short drive of Universal Studios, this is the perfect hotel location for film industry creatives / management visiting town. The hotel's bar and restaurant are excellent with a staff that includes Harvey the Bartender, a local's bartender who is incredibly welcoming and treats hotel guests like friends and family. This is now our go-to Burbank / Hollywood hotel. I highly recommend a visit soon.

We love this modern oasis! My husband and I love this boutique hotel! It’s as if every member of the staff wants to make you feel good and welcome. The lobby lounge and bar is beautifully designed and a really friendly, upbeat environment. Stylish rooms with everything you need. We’ve traveled a lot and I’ve never felt so comfortable at a hotel. If you plan to stay in the Burbank area, this is the place!
