Friendly Staff, Convenient Location Stayed here for a week while my husband was on travel for work. Hotel is 10 - 15 minute walk to restaurants and Burbank Town Center and a short drive to neighboring cities. We were able to drive to Hollywood, Malibu and Griffith Park Observatory within a reasonable amount of time. Our room had a nice view of the mountains. The fridge and microwave came in handy during our stay. Front Desk, Housekeeping and Breakfast staff were all courteous and helpful. Because of Covid, breakfast was grab-and-go with breakfast attendant handing you your food items and drinks. Basic breakfast included egg, turkey sausage, fruit, cereal, pastries, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, juice, coffee and tea. Hotel and room was very clean. Ben and pillows were very comfortable. Room was spacious and easy to move around. Husband enjoyed using the pool and fitness center. Parking garage is attached to hotel.

Extremely poor visit Old, outdated and filthy. I checked in to a 2 bedroom suite with my 7 week old baby. First thing I notice is that the air condition is really loud and I wonder how I’ll be able to sleep. I go to call the front desk to change rooms. My baby is sound asleep so I park him in the living room while I go to the bedroom to call the front desk. While sitting on the bed I see a man in the living room and my baby starts to cry uncontrollably. Apparently he’s the maintenance guy. He didn’t even bother to knock, just helped himself in and started talking to me like it was nothing. It was actually really, really scary. I asked him over and over why he didn’t even knock but he kinda just laughed at me… While this happened I was on the phone with front desk, who kinda couldn’t have cared less about it. Right after that happen the maintenance guy shows up to take a look at the air conditioning. He tells me not to bother switching rooms because every room in the hotel has the same AC setup and sounds the same. He told me to not have it on or on fan only. It’s an excessive heat advisory this weekend so I don’t really want to sit in a run down hotel without AC. He leaves after he turns the fan on the AC on, a couple minutes goes by and the noise is back again. That strange man appearing in my room above my baby incident along with the hotel being in the shape it is made me cancel my stay and hop across the street to a more accommodating hotel. Never again.

Excellent Customer Service I lived at this hotel for 4 months while on business in Burbank. Every day, I received a cheerful and personalized greeting from Noralyn (behind the front desk) as I headed off to work. Eric, the General Manager, swiftly handled anything that I needed. The nice folks at this particular hotel always made me feel like a part of the family, and it consequently made the 4 months pass by quickly. When business brings me back to Burbank, I will definitely stay at this Residence Inn again.

Great for Family / Business extended stay Prior to our most recent trip we would stay at this location while my son would require to be on the west Coast for castings and bookings. It always felt like a comfortable and welcoming place to find our rest and peace after long day's. When my niece found a passion for the Cirque Arts I quickly arranged for her to study in a summer program and immediately acquired our reservations at this location, knowing that we would find comfort and a home - like feel after long day's of travel and training. I was able to continue my work remotely . She was able to enjoy some time at the pool in the late afternoons. I was able to arrange additional sight seeing adventures for her while the hotel is in close proximity to many "must-see" tourist locations. From the welcome on our first arrival at front desk (with one staff member even remembering me from when I would travel there with my son!), to the clean and safe rooms, to the complimentary breakfast, Kind staff, friendly housekeeping, easy access off of main roads, walking distance to down-town Burbank, fun restaurants, movie theater, Mall, comedy store and IN & OUT BURGER- it is truly a perfect blend of what we needed for family and business and some fun adventures. Great property and location Great location for Universal Studios. Near shopping mall and restaurants. Property is very modern, clean and quiet. As a gold elite member we were upgraded to an executive suite which was beautiful and spacious. Only 10 minutes to Burbank airport. One slight concern is the $18 nightly parking fee which seems unnecessary since it’s not in a downtown location, so factor this into your price comparison with other property options.
