Good Basic The Safari Inn is basic, not posh, but it does basic well. Overall very clean, although the floor could have been cleaner. Very friendly and helpful staff. Loads of outlets, which is helpful. It would have been nice to have conditioner as well as shampoo and body wash in the shower, although I appreciate the refillable containers as they waste much less plastic than travel sized toiletries. The parking lot is tight and some larger vehicles made it nearly impossible to pass through it.

Nice staff, free parking. Free shuttle services to universal studio. Eating places nearby. But old room. With super noisy air-c Very friendly and helpful staff. Nearby to pharmacy, supermart and Fastfood outlets. But the room was with ants, shower head was extremely dirty, the air con is super noisy. Location wise, they provide shuttle buses to universal studio. The Inn signature is huge and nice when light-up at night. Free parking on sites. Overall. It is a.mptel style so don't expect too much. Otherwise. It is much cheaper than other nearby hotels.

Great location for Universal We stayed here when visiting Universal which was only a short drive away, our selection was based on The hotel is past its best but not too bad, if you are looking for somewhere to stay when visiting Universal and wont be spending much time in the room then this would be a good recommendation. During the three nights we were there it was a very noisy hotel. We were woken from noise above and in the room next door across the three nights at various times.

Left a piece of my heart here … What a place! The vibe is welcoming. The rooms are impeccably clean. Staff are professional and helpful. The pool is warm and clean with a happy atmosphere. We are a family of 4 with young children and the Safari was just what we needed for a visit to Universal. The inclusive shuttle was brilliant and really simple to book - we used it both ways for two days and had no trouble reserving the times we wanted. We enjoyed spending time by the pool in the evening and we benefitted from a kitchen in our room and a number of takeaway food options nearby. For a British family looking to experience Los Angeles, the Safari really hit the mark. Everyone who works here should be proud.

Hidden charges. Family was charged saying there was a stain in the sheets they didn't put there. They also didn't refund the full $250 deposit hold on top of the charge for the sheets. Didn't give any explanation of why the extra charges were put on the stay. A lot of hidden fees.
