Save your money My husband and I booked this hotel for a two night stay for his birthday weekend. We have stayed at Marriotts in the last and have always been very happy with them. This unfortunately was not a pleasant experience. We checked in around 930pm. When we got to our room we noticed that the couch and chair were covered in what possibly what could have been candle wax. The comforter had a couple of what looked like blood stains and the pillow cases and sheets had a dark stain of some sort. My husband pulled the comforter back and found a dead spider. So disgusting. We initially called down for new sheets but ultimately my husband ended up going down to request a new room. We were moved to a different floor and given a $25 food voucher. New room was much better however the toilet ran. We decided to just put up with it for the remainder of our stay. We went down the next day to use the food voucher. The restaurant is closed. They have a little connivence area with snacks and some grab and go items. The gentleman told me we needed to use the voucher all at once and recommended getting breakfast the next morning which is what we decided to do. Apparently they have a small menu of breakfast items and can order at the front desk until 11am. My husband went down at 1045am and the gentleman told him the kitchen was closed. He spoke to another person, Tina, and she told him she would put our breakfast sandwich order right in. We got them and they were delicious! The only good thing about our stay was our sandwiches. I would not recommend this hotel at all. We travel a lot and our expectations are reasonable, clean room and friendly staff.

Anniversary Getaway Disaster!!! My husband and I booked a night away at this location for a romantic Anniversary getaway. Upon arrival, we were told the city of Burlington was having water issues and offered us bottled water to use. Also, we were NOT told when booking that their pool was closed, restaurant/bar area was closed, and their back deck couch seating areas were closed.... When I asked upon check-in, I was just told that they were having issues~ wish I knew this before spending the money to stay there as we were looking forward to relaxing by the pool, and having a cocktail on the back deck. The indoor pool was open, but you had to book a reservation and could only stay for 90 minutes. We rarely get a night away from our 5 kiddos, so we were really looking forward to this getaway together. Also, our entire hallway on the 6th floor reeked of cigarettes, as non-smokers, this was awful!!! Lastly, our air conditioner in our room did not work; our room would not go below 72, and when we told the front desk, they just apologized, and did nothing. This part of Burlington is beautiful, and the dining options are endless. We will be returning to the area, just not staying at this hotel. Very disappointing.

Not full service at this Marriott at this time. Rating two stars because this is supposed to be a full service Marriott. If it were a basic hotel I would probably give it three or four as the rooms are clean and furnishings in the rooms are nice. That said Hotel is operating under limited operations. (Probably related to coming out of Covid and likely facing economic challenges with probably an inconsistent level of occupancy which makes it hard to operate). Note Restaurant not open - Bar Not Open. If you want room service breakfast it has to be ordered by night before. Also No Housekeeping. The desk staff mentioned they offer towel replenishment on request. Gym services are very limited and you need to make a reservation to use the facility. Bright spot is the Front desk staff is friendly. The Room is very clean, with modern furnishings, clean bedding. They do provide bottled water upon check in. If you’re just looking for a basic place to sleep With very clean rooms and nothing more - this place is totally fine. PS On a sad note pool is green and looks like it’s not been cleaned in months.

Excellent Location is great. Rooms were great. Best part of stay was Carla who was very helpful in getting our room moved and making sure the remainder of our stay was great! We had some loud neighbors next to and across hall from us. She made sure we were taken care of. Will definitely be back.
