Terrible Hotel!!! The rooms were not cleaned. There was trash and filth on the floors and the rooms stunk. The beds had hairs and the sheets had not been changed. There were no bath towels or washcloths available so we were given bath mats to bathe with. Absolutely ridiculous. The staff did not seem to care at all. Will never be back to this hotel.

Dirty rooms Cleanliness is a major concern. The first room we checked into had a cigarette butt on the floor, trash that wasn’t picked up, dirty bathroom counter, hair on the pillow case. Sheets and pillowcases looked like they were recently slept in without being washed. There were no apologies by staff but they gave us a second room . Unfortunately, it was only marginally better. The floors definitely had not been cleaned. Good thing we brought our own toiletries because the built in shampoo/ conditioner/soap bottles in the shower were nearly empty. Water pressure was so low you couldn’t be in a hurry. It took forever to get wet and of course even longer to rinse the soap/ shampoo off. The AC unit had a terribly funny smell. Makes you wonder if there is mold. We were given bath mats in place of bath towels a couple of times and once were given hand towels as a substitute for washcloths. Staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. We didn’t even consider breakfast. Besides the cleanliness issues of the hotel, they charge $17 per person. For that amount of money you can hit Dunkin Donuts or IHOP and have some money left over. If you are one to read reviews prior to booking, then heed my warning. If not, you will have regrets.

Hilton Headache- The hotel system was down when we went to check in. The front desk ignored us and others trying to check -in. After several minutes they asked why I was there, I said to check in, and they said the system was down- they weren't checking anyone in. I asked when could I check-in, and they said soon- no specifics that was it and went to speak to others. They had also locked a guest out of his room and couldn't get him a new key. We should have left then. We did some shopping I called back at 3 and they said, the system was down and couldn't check anyone in, I asked if should we get another hotel, and they said yes, but make sure it's not a Hilton. Needless to say we went to the hotel and it was working and we checked in a little after 3. Not a stitch of hospitality- Like enjoy your stay, nothing. They didn't even tell us- where the room was or that the pool wasn't working. We had a two-night stay- I wanted to leave after the first night. I called the hotel and no one picked up. I went to gather my stuff and pack, and when I called at 12:45 they said I couldn't check out because check out is at 12. Others in our grouping checked out no problem- I asked to speak to the General Manager on Sat afternoon (I was under the impression that the woman) I spoke to was the general manager She wasn't. She said she would get in touch with me when she checked on the booking agreement and if I have to have a 2-night minimum but she won't know until Sunday- Like what am I supposed to just wait around- WTF, needless to say, she never called back and I've wasted hours on this. I was charged. I have an open case with Hilton, a I called the front desk to speak to the General manager and I got a voicemailbox of someone who is not the General manager. Never have I experienced this and we use Hilton a lot, I joined Hilton Honors just a year ago and we almost have silver status- This hotel is still undergoing renovations and I think they need a little refresher on professional behavior, courtesy, and customer service. What a headache. I couldn't check in on time- But they can tell me that I'm 45 minutes past check out - When they don't pick up the phones and have to pay for the entire night- What a JOKE-

Good stay, but not perfect I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member, and being such, I stay exclusively at properties across the Hilton portfolio. I like to try out different hotels in the chain when travelling. Spending a couple of days in the Boston area, I decided to try this one in Burlington. As I always do, the day before arrival I checked in via the app, and chose my room and opted for a Digital Key. Usually, between Noon and the time I indicate arrival, I get my Digital Key on my phone. Upon arrival at the hotel after the time I was supposed to arrive I had not yet received the key. I went to the front desk I was supposed to bypass. The woman at the desk was friendly and cordial, and had to go upstairs to check the room to ensure it was ready for habitation. Turns out the housekeeping staff forgot to indicate that they were done. The room was certainly ample sized for my needs, with plenty of space to spread out. The bathroom had a lot of counter space, but it had some issues. The door seemed to be not closing correctly, with paint coming off the end of it. The tub would not drain during or after my shower, because the switch was not working the drain itself. Hence this is why I left housekeeping a tub with a few inches of water in it. I could not find any tool in the room to manually release the drain. TV and WiFi worked fine, as did climate control. No noise in the hallways, and no highway noise either despite being nearby I-95/Route 128. Overall this property is OK, but it might be getting near time for some rehab work and staff retraining to keep things working correctly.

Nice The Hilton was our host location for our class reunion. The rooms were generous in size and very clean. The social room for our dinner included a dance floor, set up for a Buffett and generous rooms for table setup. A good time was had by all. we even had room for a disc jockey
