Hyatt Burlington is my number one pick. Kristina at the front desk is beyond exceptional and makes the Hyatt Burlington my number one choice of hotels to stay at when I frequently visit Massachusetts for business. I personally recommend this hotel and appreciate the 5-Star customer service.

My new favorite travel accommodation!! Exceptional experience. Very well equipped, and clean room. This was basically a fully functional two bedroom apartment. It was much more like an Airbnb experience, but in the well respected Hyatt chain. I would strongly encourage people to consider this as an alternative to Airbnb. This was my first experience at a Hyatt house, and I will definitely be looking to stay in similar Hyatt Houses in my future travel experiences. I hope they are all as good as this one.

Great Very nice and clean hotel. Staff was extremely helpful and super friendly. Each time we came in from our day staff greeted us and asked if we needed anything. They were always helpful with suggestions and directions. The shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful also. We enjoyed our time at the firepit with friends.

Family friendly The room was clean and temperature of rooms good. We did use the air conditioner in October. There was plenty of towels for a 2 night stay. The breakfast was good. It was very busy on a long weekend. We did have to pay for parking outside which is something new this year.

Highly Recommend Excellent stay with friendly staff and great breakfast. Location was quiet and parking was very reasonably priced. Very be lean hotel with spacious rooms. For $250/night, I feel like we got our moneys worth and then some. Thank you to Hyatt for a great stay!
