Would not recommend Great location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The hotel lobby was nice, but the room was atrocious. Very dirty room, horrendous stains on the floor, blood stains on the comforter and an indescribable odor. I spoke to front desk about it, they replied with “thank you for letting us know”. Great location, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Excellent Lake View Clean and comfortable hotel. Staff were friendly. The view of the lake and pier are an added draw for this hotel. Parking can be a problem as it is an adjacent public lot. Summer visitors did add a problem with parking. Our air conditioner did interrupt our sleep to some degree. We would probably reboot in the future.

A fantastic hotel An absolutely gorgeous location . Room clean and extremely comfortable beds. All staff very friendly and accommodating. We stayed for 10 nights from the UK whilst visiting with friends who live in Burlington. Would highly recommend this hotel and definitely use again .

Were yelled at by management in the lobby upon checking in This isn't a good review. The first time we went to stay here was in May. Everything was perfect except for the$80.00 parking ticket, which we were told at the reception desk, that we didn't need a parking pass. Okay, the manager took care of that, but yesterday, we arrived to celebrate our anniversary, along with our senior cat Ebony, and were told that we could NOT USE our debit/credit VISA card, not pay cash. We did pay using debit last visit. We were told only credit cards. We had the cash on hand, but were refused. The manager was extremely rude, and literally yelled out in the lobby CANCEL THEIR RESERVATION. So we went back home with our cat, who btw was looking forward to the visit. We were loaded up and ready to enjoy the pool, the view, we had booked the King corner room. Unfortunately we had referred this hotel to friends, and now will tell them definitely don't go here. The management is rude, angry, and extremely unaccommodating.

Complicated parking meters Came here for a work conference. Great location by the water. Catering staff were very attentive and did a great job with clearing plates and refilling water jugs. The food was just ok - they served sandwiches on one day and tacos the second day. The breakfast pastries were not fresh. The paid parking meters are a bit complicated - it listed $17 for a certain time frame but you can only pay in $5, $10, $20 increments. I ended up paying twice because I accidentally selected $15 and it automatically charged me without confirmation.
