Excellent Hotel with Great Views The most beautiful and unique hotel built into the side of a mountain/cliff. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautiful. We enjoyed our private plunge pool, soaking tub, and ocean views. The bed was comfortable and house keeping was very consistent. There are many lovely “extras” at this property, including chips/guac/salsa/drinks delivered daily. The mini bar is also included. The staff have been excellent! A special thank you to Hannah!

30th Anniversary Trip We did a lot of research on Mexico hotels and have been to many of the high end resorts over the years. We settled on the Waldorf because we love Cabo but had never stayed there and were impressed with the other reviews (and high travel site rankings). It did not disappoint!!!! Yes, it is expensive but as long as you know that going into the trip it is a lifetime type of experience. We were made to feel very special on on our actual anniversary and comped many thinks like a cabana and drinks. We wanted to give some special shout outs to these employees should you meet any of them on your stay... - Ana - concierge - Salvador - pool - Lauren - housekeeper - Angel - pool manager - Daniel - pool - Enrique - pool Cannot recommend this place enough if you are looking for a special place to spend some time with your significant other!

Great resort with even better customer service The customer service at this hotel was some of the best I've ever had! From weeks before the trip, our personal concierge Raquel Vazquez reached out and made sure we would have an amazing experience. Even during our stay she was available via text message for all of our questions and requests. In fact, everyone at the resort seemed to know our names, what we were celebrating (our anniversary), and our personal dietary preferences. It was very impressive! I originally booked a King Pacific View room. As a Hilton Gold member, I asked if an upgrade was available and there wasn't one available for the first night. But I asked that if one becomes available, to please let us know. The next morning, a King Deluxe Ocean View room became available and we changed rooms. What a view! We were right near the lobby, with unobstructed views of the adult pool and ocean. It was perfect. The plunge pool is such a great feature, when we weren't in the main pool we were on our balcony in the plunge pool. They also surprised us multiple nights with rose petals on our bed, and every night they would bring chips and guacamole, and sweet treat like cookies. They even brought us a tea kettle and tea bags upon request. And because we don't drink alcohol, they made sure our complimentary mini fridge was always stocked with non-alcoholic items. The one thing that really surprised me was the food portions. We enjoyed the free continental breakfast every day except one, when we decided to upgrade to the breakfast buffet. The buffet was great, but honestly the continental breakfast was way more than enough food, and it had a good amount of stuff from the buffet anyway (except the omelettes and a couple other things). For dinner we ate at Don Manuel and El Farallon, both of which were great. If you can get a reservation at Farallon before sunset, definitely do that. The food was delicious! And yes, the 16% tax and 15% service charge was added on to everything. However, when you think about it, if you are typically tipping 20%+ anyway, and paying 8-10% tax in the US, then it almost events itself out. And I found myself tipping above and beyond on every meal or service anyway, because the folks that worked there deserved every bit of it. They really made the difference for our experience! The only downside we experienced during the trip was that it was pretty windy some days. Not sure how typical that is for the resort or for that time of year, but it could be a little annoying in the afternoon when you're trying to lay out by the pool. Oh, and if you want a good spot by the pool, try to get down there early! The seats would fill up by 8:30-9am every morning.

A Must-Stay in Los Cabos If you are reading this, go book this hotel immediately!! You will not regret it. My wife and I just spent 3 nights at the resort and it was nearly perfect. The service is impeccable! You will be greeted with your personal concierge when you arrive and get a golf cart ride up to your room. Every one was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The resort itself is beautiful, built into the cliff side of Los Pedregal. The area is very safe and walkable to downtown Cabo. The beach is too dangerous to swim but there are plenty of amazing beachside pools. Although it is not all inclusive, there are so many included amenities such as free welcome drink, bottle of tequila, water bottles, soft drinks in fridge, daily chips/guac/coronitas, cookies with turndown service, free Waldorf beach bag, workout classes, and cookie at check out. The only negative was we had some ants in the room and they had to come spray but otherwise was an amazing vacation. Can’t wait to go back

Like Staying At A Wealthy Friend's Private Home Excellent three-night experience at this world class resort. As others have mentioned all outstanding members of the staff make your stay exceptional, as well as the great suites, views, food and drink. We specifically received excellent service from our concierge Rey Rosas as well as Attendants Daniel Sanchez and Alan Najera. Guests have easy access to town and the marina, or you can lounge along the vanishing edge pool with margarita in hand watching the amazing waves slam 15-20 feet into the air off the beach boulders. Perfect for some break time away and well worth the expense. Five plus stars from start to finish.
