Absolutely Amazing!!! Extraordinary hospitality! Front desk manager Yamilet went above and beyond the call to get us the room we wanted. The Food and Beverage Manager, Oscar, set us up in the new cabanas, and Isaac treated us like kings and queens. Angel, the bartender, made sure we were having a great time by having plenty of Don Julio Blanco on hand. We love this property and the people so much that we vacation twice a year here. Mucho Excellente!

Excellent resort, service and family vacation. The Riu was and awesome place for a family vacation. From the day of arrival until the day we left, all 5 of us were happy. The service was great, the food was even better and the views were unmatched!!

AMAZING TIME & RESORT!! I had the most amazing time at the RIU PALACE CABO. I stayed from July 25-Aug 1. The check in was quick and easy and my suite was absolutely beautiful with a fantastic view of Los Arcos. From the first class attentive service of the resort staff, to the servers at the restaurants, to the beach and entertainment staff, 5 stars all the way around. The food was awesome and the entertainment at night (RIU SANTE FE) was incredible. Thank you all for my incredible stay. Special shut out to Blanca who worked breakfast and lunch at Mar de Cortes and Germain who worked the dinner shift. Your kindness and professionalism didnt go un-noticed. The resort is stunning and by far it has been my best vacation of 2024 so far. I will be back.

Family vacation We loved it at the Riu Palace. My only criticism is that there aren’t more bathrooms on the pool level. You have to walk up or down stairs to get to the restrooms when hanging out in the pool during the day. Other than that the resort was absolutely perfect!
