Relaxing stay at Estancia We had such a relaxing time during our stay at Estancia. The staff took amazing care of us! The food was incredible. The pool was perfect. The drinks were strong. The views were breathtaking. The rooms were tidy and clean. We can’t wait to come back.

Amazing time and staff We had an amazing time at the resort. The condo was absolutely amazing. Stunning view, spacious and very well kept by hotel staff. We especially had a great experience with Alberto Galvan who was our waiter everyday at the beach. He was super attentive, and did his absolute best to make sure we had everything we wanted. Thanks Alberto and La Estancia.

Gorgeous Suites, Impeccable Service I traveled with my husband and teenage son in July to VDE. We stayed in a one bedroom suite which was perfect for us. First, the grounds and room were gorgeous. Everything was so well maintained- no chipped paint or wear and tear in the room at all. Even the cushions on the balcony furniture were perfectly cleaned. Housekeeping returned everyday and did way more than would be considered a normal mid-stay cleaning in the US. The service by the pool and in the restaurants was awesome, Alberto and Michelle at La Casona were especially memorable but everyone was great, We ate Breakfast there twice and dinner twice. We had lunch in the pool restaurant once. The bartenders at the pool remembered our names and I promise we didn't drink that much :). The pool was busy but we were able to get loungers for two of us each day. Lesson Learned- I will definitely go back but won't do the all-inclusive option for a couple of reason. First, there isn't much dining variety at Estancia alone. In fact, there is only one restaurant/bar open at a time. The desire for variety forces you to go to Palmar or Arco if you have the all inclusive. While the food was fine at both of these places, the waits were long and they were very crowded. In fact, we tried to go to the pizza place at Palmar one night at 8:15. They closed at 10:30 but said the wait was so long they would not be able to accommodate us AT ALL that night. We waited in line at the host stand for 15 minutes just to be told that. We ended up eating in the sport bar and it was busy but ok. Second, the whole check signing thing is laborious and confusing. We had drinks included at Palmar and Arco. Everywhere we went we got two checks to sign. I know there was a 15% gratuity on the alcohol we paid for at Estancia but nobody could seem to tell me what gratuity was included in the all-inclusive portion. so we just tipped 20%. It also wasn't like other all inclusives with easy access to food by the pool etc. Also, since you weren't allowed to use the pool (fine with me because it was too crowded). at the other hotels, we only could get drinks there with meals. The spa was very nice and my services were great. The gym at Estancia was small and crowded at times. The gym at Arcos was much bigger but we could only use it if we paid $30. All that said, we'll definitely be going back to Estancia, will just try and avoid the other two resorts and maybe go out for meals more often for some variety.

Awesome Resort! The entire resort is immaculate. The staff is friendly and attentive. The view from our suite encompasses the pool and ocean. The suite had a full kitchen and laundry, which is perfect for a family vacation. We enjoyed breakfast each day in the restaurant, but cooked family meals otherwise. The staff in the restaurant, Angela, Fredy, Adrian and Dani, provided exceptional service. The food was delicious. Overall this trip was awesome.

Incredible Service! The best service ever! Dani, Adrian, Selene, Angela & Freddy made our vacation incredible! The entire week was perfect food & service! We stayed here in July 2023 & because the vacation was so amazing we came back again this year! It truly feels like home. _
