Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos All Inclusive Golf & Spa

Abraham the man Nice place to stay the staff are very accommodating and provided us a good service. I would like to give thanks to all the staff in breakfast buffet especially Abraham, who did an excellent service. We booked a dinner in one of their restaurants, steakhouse, service was amazing. Danny and Elyseo are very good servers as well. My family will definitely recommend this hotel to the families who are planning their vacation. Thank you so much Fiesta Americana for the good service. Just in case you found my son’s iguana named Brent (it is a toy), please contact me as he is so sad leaving the hotel without it.

Such a fun, relaxing time. Best customers service Roberto and Jose were amazing to us made us feel at home. They catered to all our needs. There wasn’t anything we wanted that they didnt provide. We will definitely be returning. Best time we have had. We will be back next year

The best of cabo The beds and pillows are so comfortable, all the staff of the hotel are super kind and the girls of the kids club are the best they are so pacience! One of the best all inclusive, we have one day of rain with no problem just the open restaurants were closed.

Selected the WRONG place for a family trip to Cabo Not sure where to start with this review but I'll try to do a break down. --Check In/Out: -Just a mess coming and going at this place, just not much I can elaborate on here. --Rooms: -We stayed in a Master Villa that was very nice, AC worked awesome, but the water pressure was very lacking in the shower, but there was hot water. -Called for maintenance and used the app to report sink not draining multiple times with no reply. --Pools: -Layout of the pools with mixed rocks and sand throughout makes no sense to me. -My wife and child both got sliced by one of more of the hundreds of broken tiles throughout the main pool. -Pool is not clean, dirty all around the sides and from what I could tell the bottom. They surely don't clean it like they should. -Odd to have no music until about 12:00pm (I think is when it started). --Restaurant/Food: -Most restaurants except for Blu have no AC. The waiting area outside of Blu has no fans or any breeze. Just hot! -Food overall was good, but honestly had a bad effect on me and my wife every day I was there. -No ICE CREAM after 5PM?????? Another first! -Coffee shop is a Starbucks and only black coffee unless you pay for anything different. -I liked the Peninsula restaurant except the service was extremely slow. After me and my wife and child were seated for breakfast, we watched as a table of 6 in business attire that sat down after us and got food and drinks immediately as we waited about 20 minutes for the first acknowledgement of our existence and was told he’ll be right with us 5-10 minutes later. By the time we finally got a drink on the table the party of 6 were done with their meals and left. --Staff: -So hit or miss here, I believe it’s 50/50 on if you happen to come in contact with a rude or nice staff member anywhere throughout the resort. -Rules for items you ask for or expect change from day to day. --Final Thoughts Overall: -I feel that based on the color of your band (all inclusive, timeshare, etc) you will get treated differently. -I’m not sure of this resort advertises as a 5-star resort, but that’s the way it was presented to us where we booked, but this place is the furthest thing from 5 stars. 3 stars is a stretch.

Excellent place to relax and reconnect The food was excellent and delicious, the service is incredible people are so nice, the hotel is beautiful so is the beach and the pools Are family friendly and also there is area for adults only; my kids enjoyed the kids club very much every day.
