Mediocre but well located Average hotel; clean, good location for Calabasas restaurant ts all round. Very poor on room supplies. No glasses or even plastic cups. Not well stocked on coffee, no tea. Room maid service every other day. AC rattles and tolls; adjoining doors don't keep out the sound from your neighbours at all. It's the small things that lower the rating.

Terrific Location and Comfy The guy that checked me in was great! There's a dinner and a breakfast. I know breakfast is an add'l charge...not sure about dinner. The room was clean. 2 queen beds. I got the handicapped room again! The bed was really comfy. I slept wonderfully. Hotel is in a great location (quiet and walkable) near a grocery store (Ralphs), a bunch of restaurants, a Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf and a movie theatre. Three minutes from all these. There is water and coffee in the lobby 24/7. I'd stay again for price, comfort and location, location, location.

Not for tech-unsavvy seniors, beware! I have been going to this hotel for years, because I have family nearby. This time I found the "update" cold and user-unfriendly. When I tried to use the pod coffeemaker that is no longer a Keurig-branded machine, I found little in the way of instructions and the coffee overflowed my cup into the tray below. There were no printed directions for anything, just one of those QR codes that's useful for seniors like me that don't use a smart device. The pillows were hard, rather than firm. There was no clock in the room, let alone an alarm clock. The shower door was difficult to open from the inside. The toilet seat is VERY low. I believe that this property and perhaps the whole chain has deserted its loyal Boomer clientele in favor of pandering to younger clients. We Boomers are the generation with money to spend on leisure travel, and we should not be disrespected as this hotel has.

Great choice for the area ! Nice big hotel. Very nicely updated. Clean and friendly staff Good location. Walkable to the Commons area. Free parking is a plus. We booked adjoining rooms and they couldn’t accommodate so don’t count on that if you are travelling with small kids and need rooms adjoining. They did give us later checkout which was nice and free breakfast although the breakfast is the same similar hotels give free. All in all would come back

Excellent budget hotel We arrived quite late at the hotel following a long flight from Hawaii. The gentleman on reception, Josh, was extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was very comfortable and buffet breakfast of good quality. We were very impressed.
