Weekend in Calgary The hotel was convenient, clean & the staff were friendly & helpful. The breakfast was good with enough choices. The kids enjoyed the pancakes, French toast & fruit. The scrambled eggs were a bit wet though. The kids loved the pool & waterslides! The a/c was a bit noisy but after a full day we slept quite well. Would definitely stay here again.

Could have been Better Check in staff pulled up and printed wrong reservation information, despite me giving her my printed copy and my credit card. One of rooms we requested was wrong, had to then redo our room assignment. Door keys didn't work, had to wait almost 1/2 hour for front staff to return to reset my door reader and provide me with working keys. Meanwhile the rest of my family went to the pool without me. One of our rooms was missing glasses and coffee mugs. Hallways were not clean. Made me wonder how clean our room really was. Air conditioner didn't work properly, room was too warm. Overall not what I expected from a Best Western.

One night mimi vacation We have stayed here numerous times in the past. This is the first time since restrictions have been lifted so decided to hit Calgary during stampede and go to Jubilations dinner theater. As all the times in the past we were treated like old friends. We have never stayed on the top floor before and the front end staff recommended changing our usual room to one with a better view of the city and mountains loved it . Breakfast in the dining room was great as usual,great to see our old friend is still the concierge. Great job guys

Great for family trip Waterslide and pool are big, I like that they have a small pool for toddlers. Lobby is clean and decent. We stayed in a two superior queen beds room, its clean and beds are comfy. Staff is friendly and informative. Location is okay. We will stay here again!

Great Stay Best Western Plus Port O’Call Hotel always nice and clean and located in a convenient location. Have a comfortable mattress and soft fluffy pillow. Front Desk Staff on duty were very polite and accommodating. The price is always affordable and reasonable. My kids enjoyed the slides & pool. I highly recommend BW Plus Port O’Call
