Recent Stay Disappointed with some of the new staff in the hotel, not as friendly as my past experiences. Room service was terrible, couldn't get through to order and had to get the front desk to have them call me directly. This was both nights. Brought me food without any cutlery. Took 10 min to bring my cutlery after dropping off my food. Hotel room was very clean and felt very safe.

July Staycation Great service, amenities and poolside experience. Yellow Door is great for breakfast. Hotel is in a great location. Luxury suite not worth the price in terms of room quality, bedding, pillows etc. Have stayed in a standard room and would recommend over the luxury.

Nice Experience Staff great Rooms comfy Pleasant stay. Staff great. Would definitely return. Pool great addition. Happening place!! The free parking was a bonus. Within walking to great restaurants! Room service efficient and beds were comfy!

OK place, need some work We had a suite and the room was overall ok. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows even worse. they felt like someone just stuffed the pillow case full of rolled up socks, that what my wife said anyway. We also found some dirty underwhere in the closet, we tried to move rooms but the place was full due to stampede. Definitely should have been better for the price

Great Hotel, Awesome atmosphere. Great Hotel, Very Clean, 2 hour time limit at the pool for staying and paying hotel guests needs to be reevaluated when the pool is not busy. The poolside servers are amazing and pleasant to deal with. We spent over $200 at the pool on food and drinks and were asked to leave after 2 hours even though there was plenty of space.
