Traveler Beware My husband and I were planning on staying here until it burned down last fall. We have been trying to get our refund of over $5200.00 since the beginning of October and there seems to always be some excuse of why they haven't paid. I was initially told about 30 days for a refund, then 30 to 60 days, then I was told Auberge is no longer managing the property and I should work directly with Schulte Hospitality. After multiple correspondence between this new group, I was told I needed to complete a form for my refund and allow 7 business days for my refund. This was completed on January 4, 2021, however, 7 business days came and went. Then I was told on January 15th, they were having issues with the 3rd party processing company that is issuing the refunds, but was assured my refund was processed on January 11th and should hit my account within 10 business days. The 10 business days have come and gone and still no refund. I will not do business with this group ever again nor will I recommend them. I do wonder how many others with reservations have had their money stolen?

Our Happiest Place We are writing this review the day after the Glass Fire has apparently burned Calistoga Ranch to the ground. Our hearts are broken. We were engaged in the vineyard here, and we've returned several times every year for birthdays, anniversaries, hosting friends from out of town, and just to get away and be in our happy place. Our dog, who passed away last year, loved it as much as we did, and it always felt like home as soon as we pulled in through the stone gate entrance. There was really nowhere else like it, from the grounds, to the staff, to the perfectly designed cottages with just the right amount of everything. We feel as though we've lost a part of our souls and our hearts are broken. We wish to send a heartfelt thank you and wishes for safety and a speedy recovery to all of the wonderful people who worked so hard to make Calistoga Ranch such a special place for us. Calistoga Ranch Simply Luxurious Simply the most stunningly incredible location, staffing, amenities all nestled in-between some of the most sought after wines in the Napa Valley, You do not have to look far.. You will find everything you need.

Leisure In Napa Valley Calistoga Ranch is unlike any other location. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. The rooms or small homes were outstanding. The outside shower was a real treat. We will definitely return.

The lodges need updating and COVID-19 protocols more focus I loved my stay at the Ranch. The setting is something you rarely find. Imagine hiking to an amazing winery for wine tasting, having you privacy while having all possible amnesties close by. It’s unique and something I love. The reason for 3 stars is the following: 1) my requests for COVID-19 protocols were not adhered to (e.g., declined and confirmed no house cleaning or entry to the lodge 3 times and yet my lodge was accessed and cleaned) 2) you had to email multiple people and entities to book different experiences and the concierge didn’t own the process. Congierge didn’t know where the spa treatments were help during spa closing and I ended up being 15-min late for an appointment and disturbing someone else in a lodge the concierge thought the massage would happen in 3) the lodge was quite ran down. Clean but old. Rusted lamp shades, peeled off hot tub, stained and old furniture etc.) for $1,600 a night price you’d except much better. I’d still return taken unique setting but some attention should be paid by the management to the issues at hand.
