Incredible My Wife and I stayed at this courtyard last week. The service that we received was incredible, shaon/Samia gave us $60 in food vouchers, which we had a incredible meal with. Also gave us a room in the 16 floor so we can over look the city and Charles river .. if you are visiting college and staying for business , I highly suggest staying at this property.

Delva is great Room was big, roomy, and clean (thank you to Delva!!). Convenient location. Friendly, helpful staff - especially the woman at the front desk whose name I didn't catch but checked us in AND checked us out. Breakfast was ok but nothing to write home about.

Top notch Customer Service - what I look for at a hotel My wife and I stayed there while in Boston for the Heart concert on April 13th, 2025. As some have noted, it's a little dated. For us, it was fine. The shower pressure was top notch and it was clean. However with that being said, their customer service was top notch and made the stay memorable. Everyone at the front desk was terrific and extremely helpful with all of my questions. The gated parking lot was easy to use and the flow of Ubers (for food and drives) never stopped at the pick-up drop off area. It was well laid out to support that. There was an Uber food spot in the lobby. Great spot and when in the area next time, I will book again

My first solo trip! This was my first trip to Boston, Massachusetts and I wanted to do everything of course! Upon checking in with Deyli, she was the best really, helped me know all that was included in my stay and where to go for my Sightseeing! The next morning she also helped me with a map and navigation to get to Salem! As soon as I got back I showed her my photos and told her about my day! She asked where to tomorrow each day. I would show her pictures everyday she was impressed by how much I got done and seen in the short time I was there. She was such a great help to me where I didn't feel alone even though I was there solo! When I go back I'm looking for her once again!

Look no further for the worst marriott in boston area If you are looking for the worst hotel in the Boston area this is your hotel of choice. The staff, pillows, towels, location and even the availability of netflix is horrible at this location. Note they will call and harass you if you do not check in before 10. In fact, the calls started before 730 while i was flying. The location is near nothing and not convenient. I have a marriott charge card and an a platinum level marriott member. When i say it is the worst experience i have had i mean it
