Visit to parks, museums, and monuments in the area. Desk staff courteous and helpful. The room was ok, clean if you didn’t look too closely. Beds not very comfortable. Unfortunately, there was literally NO BREAKFAST and limited coffee and supplies. Of course, there was not an adjustment to the room rate. We are Choice Priveleges members and have to say it was the worst experience we’ve ever had at this chain. We feel sorry for the desk staff as they were extremely helpful. Pass this one up.

Not a hotel we would stay at again. Definitely shows its age, from the paint peeling, the floors are nasty and it don’t smell to great. We checked in later in the evening and the gentleman on staff was super friendly. The breakfast was super busy and empty most of the time we tried to get food. Check out was okay 3 female workers up front chatting and had to finish their conversation before speaking to me. Definitely not a choice hotel partner that we would stay at again

Avoid Don’t recommend this hotel! The front desk lady was so nice other than that I would avoid! The hotel was dirty. The room we stayed in had been broke into. You could see into the hall because of how pried open it was. The bathroom door wouldn’t fully open or shut. And the room was not clean. I am pretty sure the bedding wasn’t changed by how much hair and such was on it!! I was grossed out all night!!

Comfort Inn Camp Verde is NOT a comfortable stay!! This hotel needs new management. We got into our room and first thing went into the bathroom and the towel bar was missing off the end bars. I called the desk and asked if they could come fix it, as there is no place to hang your towel, except on the shower. When my husband showers, there is no where to put my towel. The front desk told me they may or may not come and fix it. They didn't. And towel service is only after 3 days of staying. Really? The sink counter is tiny! They put your fresh towels and wash clothes on the back of the toilet bowl!! Then I go to put stuff on the night stand and found a hair on the sheets. The floors were not clean and the hallway floors looked like they haven't been vacuumed since spring. The curtains on the window are sheer, I could see the parking lot through the curtains. There is no dark curtains to pull to cover it. So as you lay in bed you can see the big lit up hotel sign and other signs bright as a beam. Not a restful hotel. And the staff are a motley crew! Not friendly at all. Would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.
