Good for families, good buffet. The kid zone, especially Frida, was great. They have activities and lots of fun for the kids. The buffet restaurant servers are all great while the food is ok. It was too hard to make reservations at the other restaurants and I found that people who had no reservations only had to complain a lot to get a table. Rules are meaningless if they are not fairly enforced. The beach is pretty bad.

Happy Trip The people, the food, and the accommodations made this a very enjoyable trip. I loved the staff and how they treated my family they were so caring and made sure we were having a great time!

Miserable DO NOT BOOK! No hot water in room, ac didn't work in our other room. And toilet backed up was told don't flush it. Didn't get the rooms we paid for and yes we went to front desk nothing until we went to chk out then wanted to upgrade us to sister hotel.

Good all inclusive hotel! Excellent for Spanish speakers!The staff was great. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. The room was clean and bright.

Go somewhere else. Cancun is magnificent, this place is not! This is the worse all-inclusive I have stayed in. Bars are not open 24 hours and this is not posted anywhere or I would have stayed somewhere else. They close early (beach bar at 9:30 and lobby at 10:30 start shutting down, you have to beg for drinks). Drinks taste like soap because the glasses are rinsed in soapy water! Manager (I think his last name was Cardenas or Caceres) is rude and unprofessional. We complained and he threatened us with calling security. They kicked people out of the lobby at 11 pm and sent them out (under torrential rains) to continue enjoying their nights! Even the staff was complaining about the manager, which was supposedly new. You have to pay for room service. Entertainment is terrible and so is the beach area... terrible terrible terrible. On the second day we asked for a cancelation of my trip and a refund and they refused. Please, stay away from this place.
