Stairs Great little hotel, if you dont mind climbing tons of stairs. The food was amazing and so was the beach. It was clean and fairly priced. Would return, only this time we wouldn't book a 3rd story room. The drinks were great as well. No seaweed. Overall a chill hotel

Lovely hotel A really lovely hotel. We loved our time here. The food was great and the staff were really accommodating. I would definitely recommend Hotel Nyx for anyone looking to stay in Cancun. Stephanie was really lovely as was Eduardo in the deck restaurant

Great hotel Great hotel and the food was amazing. Beautiful beach and pool area. We were here for new year and there was a really good beach party. Really clean and spacious room. Staff were amazing, shout out to Stephanie, Rodrigo and Jair. Would definitely come back.

Very cozy familiar hotel Loved the hotel since it was very cozy and quiet. Non of those huge hotels with thousands of rooms, it’s a smaller hotel with only 199 rooms ( if I remember the number correctly) which makes you a nice ambience. Our room was super quiet, we were welcomed with a Champaign, loved it !!! The beach is so clean and beautiful. The breakfast was so yummy, you have everything you wish for ! Even the mimosas are included. A special thanks to our waiter Eduardo. He made us feel like home. A friendly and welcoming service. The restaurants are delicious !!!! Couldn’t believe how lucky we are that those are included.
