Great location but rooms could improve. The customer service at this hotel was exceptional. The buffet service was of the highest quality and truly remarkable. While some of the restaurant food was excellent, others were merely satisfactory. The rooms, however, require improvement. The pillows were old and lacked support, and the mattress was excessively soft for my preference. On a positive note, the beach is stunning and conveniently located just below the hotel.

One of the highlights was the beautiful beach, with clear turquoise waters and plenty of loungers. We also took part in. Noelia nos enseńo todo los mejores lugares para Tomar y para comer! I recently stayed at the Occidental Tucancún and had an incredible experience. The hotel is beautifully located on a stunning stretch of beach, offering breathtaking views of the Caribbean. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The check-in process was smooth, and our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay

Breathtaking This place is incredible. The facilities are great, and the service is excellent. The views from the hotel are breathtaking. I loved the food, and the gym, managed by trainer Robin, is fantastic. He’s a highly skilled professional and always ensures that you get the best workout.

Upgrade to the Gold Band - You Won't Regret It!! Our 2-week stay at this luxury resort was fabulous in every way!! We upgraded to a ocean-side villa, and it was worth every penny. The waves lulled us to sleep every night, and the sunrises were spectacular. The central location made getting around Cancun super easy - a bus stop was right outside the resort. Day trips were very convenient as well. The staff were fantastic, the food was delicious, the nightly shows were all amazing, and our rooms were perfect. Tons of space, all the amenities, tidied daily - it was wonderful.

Average our check in was at 3pm I called to let them know we are coming late at 7pm due to flights when we arrived we had to wait to check in because system was down we got into room there were cockroaches in the fridge and around fridge area . we were moved to another room there were no roaches , we had NO WASHCLOTHES for our entire stay 5 nights.... we asked for the and cleaning staff said they dont use them at the resort... food was average , buffet staff were really nice .... spa staff were nice and we both got a massage and it was AMAZING!!!!! I highly recommend the spa.... nightly entertainment was just ok but the Micheal Jackson show was really good!
