It's Always the People that Make it Great This was our 9th stay over Christmas into the New Year. It's the people that make this place shine. Thank you to Ernesto in Tequila for starting our mornings off with positivity and always knowing exactly what everyone in the family likes. Rudy and Samuel made our time out by the pool so relaxing having our drinks flowing and lunches delivered. Huge thank you to the spa management for allowing Lizbeth to come over to do my wife's hair twice during our stay...Lizbeth is a true gem. Fernando was our favorite evening waiter at the Smokehouse delivering superb service. To the management thank you for a fabulous Christmas and NYE; both parties were very well done as always. Areas for improvement: HVAC system constantly turning on and off every few minutes all night long is sleep disruptive, the Sports Bar glass table tops as well as the glass top in the room were never wiped down. Check in time has not been adhered to our last couple of stays. As members we'd hope to get in upon arrival but blowing the regular check in time too is simply unacceptable. Water pressure on floor 11 was not good. Elevators are too hot and slow. To our fellow travelers if you're looking for a beautiful stretch of beach and employees who go above and beyond at a reasonable price point look no further.

Enjoyed Christmas 2025 at Beach Palace! The Beach Palace employees is what makes Beach Palace one of the best! Every single person had a smile and went out of their way to make sure that we were happy. Special thanks to Samuel and Bernabe and all of the others! Keep doing what you are doing as you the service is top notch! Enjoyed the Bumble Bee shots, the live music in the sports bar and the great bar staff by the pool bar. Hope to see all of you again soon!

Love it here !!! The Sports Bar staff is amazing. They are very professional and made our days here very special. Zacarias and Samuel from the Spirts bar are the best employees!!! They always took care of us here. Friendly, professional, clean and respectful. I can’t wait to come back here next year. I recommend this place to everyone.

A return to Beach Palace for our 10th Anniversary! Beach Palace holds a special place in our hearts, as we got married here 10 years ago! Two of our favorite people are still working there. Ernesto, who always seemed to know exactly what I needed. And Gabriella who would make my eggs perfectly every morning. A hotel that keeps people for 10 years is something special, and I'm so happy to see they were still there =)

Great family vacay We stayed just after Thanksgiving for 5 nights. My family of four (2 boys age 5 and 8), my parents, and sister and brother in law all enjoyed our stay. It was small enough to easily get around for my 80 year old parents, and fun enough for my small kids. Food was good everywhere, but I think we all agreed that the smokehouse was the best. The beach was the most beautiful, pristine beach I have ever seen, and the competition isn't even close. Truly amazing. What makes this place very nice, is the staff. Everyone working there appears to be happy and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The pool bar staff especially made the trip great. Each day they would remember our family and mix up special drinks for the kids (Misael's Especial), and us. These guys were the best!
