improvement Old hotel with bad smell. Need more options for food. Need more staff at the restaurant. I understand that this is one of the first hotels in Cancun but an update would be good.

fraud keep away ,its a complete rip off.would not refund me a deposit.this is a very bad hotel.you have been warned, thy still owe me £400.can not contact them, stay clear.stay clear, stay clear, what a rip off

Terrible Hotel - Poor restaurante - Terrible room service. Hot and soaking Caesar salad. - Hamburger apparently cooked in the microwave. Dry and hard. - AC EXTREMELY loud and noise - Water came out yellow - Rusted bath top - Cracked sink - Dirty beack - Militaries with machineguns by the beach because of high crime in the area.

Old hotel Very old hotel , the smell of room was really bad. I had to call too many times for repairs . I arrived on Sunday and they said cleaning was not available , they had to repair the AC the day I arrived _

Casa maya nightmare This hotel doesn't look nothing like of the pictures very old in and out look like cheap motel I waist my money and worst the employees very rude, I personal tell you get a different hotel I had a nightmare there
