Room My room attendant Magy Romeio and supervisor Aracely Boovito was absolutely amazing! My husband and I were here celebrating our 25th anniversary and while we were at the beach, she came and decorated our bed ❤️❤️❤️. I was so happy and excited! This made my anniversary so extra special. Thank you both for making my day! Thank you for attention to detail.

The staff here are so special The staff really make this place so special, from the concierge to the wait staff to the room cleaners. Sergio in the main aqua marine buffet was exceptional. He made every single visit so special and brought us special drinks and just went above and beyond. Lulu the lady who cleaned our room was so nice and made us animal towel decorations for our bed. We felt so lucky to be served by these people. We will come back for them.

Sleeping next to a noisy engine… shame on this hotel to sell theses rooms It’s is horrible we arrived at the hotel at 10 pm after a long flight from Paris and we were exhausted. I noticed the room is old and the bathroom smells like sewers. Then before sleeping we noticed that we could hear the Airco machines of the hotel situated in the parking but we thought as we are very tired we could sleep. In fact not at all. The noise so sons loud that a died person will wake up. I could only sleep some 3-4 hours because I used by sound cancellation headphones which are big so you can really sleep with those. It is a shame that they sell theses rooms. Even if you pay me I won’t sleep in this room. This is disrespectful for the tourists. Do not book in this hotel or you will have the worst night in your life.
