Scammers Food was really delicious. However I have a few complaints.. 1. Rooms are okay looking. I’ve been to other resorts and they have nicer rooms. 2. Pool area is too packed together. If you just want to walk through, you’ll have to walk up stairs and down stairs and around chairs, etc. 3. Customer service is terrible! Except for maybe 2 employees, every other employee we would run into was rude and extremely judgmental! Again, I’ve been to many other resorts and they are much kinder and attentive. These employees made the experience unpleasant. 4. THEY WANT TO SELL YOU A MEMBERSHIP Instead of letting their guests enjoy the stay they ALREADY paid for, they want to trap you and manipulate you to purchase a membership. They try to give you some type of perk for going to this “tour” and meet with these fancy men in suits. After you try to get out of buying and signing a contract, they bring another guy in a suit, then if that didn’t work they bring ANOTHER guy in a suit, and lastly if you still don’t budge they bring ANOTHER guy in a suit to convince you. Unfortunately at the end we felt pressured and signed a contract. This was a huge mistake, it wasn’t even worth it! After leaving the resort we stayed in Mexico with family for another week and once we got home and cleared our head we decided we wanted to cancel this membership. Guess what, even though it was only a week later, we could not get our deposit back. We haven’t even used our membership and they won’t give it back. It’s insane. They are money hungry and want to trap you into their schemes. DONT FALL FOR IT. My recommendation is go to another resort, like Xcaret, it’s worth it.

Relaxing holiday in the sun A quick transfer from the airport with booked service, met by bellman Miguel, who efficiently sorted luggage to room. As we arrived late we had dinner in El Manglar where Rode and Miguel looked after us, with an amazing flambé dessert at the end of our meal. The perfect end to a long travel day. Next morning, we were up early to play golf, Ramon, bellman, sorted our buggy ride to the course. We knew there was a chance of rain but decided to start our round. Ricardo called us in, lightning was over the course. Back at the starters area Angel ensured we didn’t get soaked by taking us up from the buggy store in the lift. After a period of reflection in the bar we decided it would too wet to play. Mitzi sorted a new tee time for us to play later in our stay. So back to the Nizuc heated pool, where the attentive team of Eduardo, Daniel and Alberto quickly sorted a sun bed, umbrellas and towels. Drinks and food service in our stay were provided by Jaqueline, Juan, Humberto, Hermes, Alberto, Magdeil and Carlos whether you were in or out of the pool. The next morning saw the arrival of Hurricane Helene, so we went into El Manglar for an early breakfast. Katy and her team were working as normal despite the dreadful weather. Luckily we had booked to eat in Los Caporales for the evening. Uriel served us with Patricia and Chef surprising us with an ice cream dessert created to celebrate Mexican day, delish. The Unique day club was an excellent place to spend a few hours. Annabel ensured we had all the cocktails and food we needed. There was a buffet here which proved popular, so much so that when the DJ started the party the pool was empty. We were joined at the Grill by mosquitoes in the evening, Isaac offered some spray which helped. The lava cake is always a favourite, Estefeni took our order. The Grand Theatre is a great venue to watch David Magee. We are still trying to work out how he does it, loved the interaction with kids who gave some very interesting answers. Agra, lovely Indian food, great service from Felipe Breakfast in Carveo was quieter when open, liked the option to order cooked eggs or omelettes at the table. Dora, Saul, Gilandro. At the Gondola, Eduardo, Alejandro and Martha worked well as a team and we had fun making our orders. Hubby really enjoyed his chicken and bacon dish. After seeing Belly dancing on the app, we decided to visit Habibi for the early dinner seating. The two ladies made it look easy but I’m not sure dancing with a sword on your head is! Rodreigez explained all our menu choices at the table, the portion sizes are quite big so be warned don’t over order. Everything was delicious. We also enjoyed a breakfast here with Angelese preparing the special bread. Presentation of the dishes made everything look appetising and it was. Another trip to the rather wet golf course, despite some extra lakes on the Lakes we were pleased to play. Luis at the starting area was helpful when we asked about golf club storage. Alberto had a nice welcome for us at the half way house. Spa treatment with Cristina at the Grand and Ivette at Nizuc were relaxing Buggy service throughout our stay was excellent, always on time and drivers often ringing through for us when needed. Flo, Denis, Yar, Karina, Abelino we’re just a few of our drivers. We loved the turtle release, had booked on the app but it was cancelled due to rain, managed to fit in another evening though. Trattoria was our final restaurant of this trip. Elizabeth helped us our choices, followed by a tiramisu constructed at the table by Alejandro, a nice way to end the meal. Thanks to Ricardo for assisting with all our reservations so efficiently, with Gerardo and Randy stepping in to help too. Overall, a relaxing holiday with lots of great experiences, can’t wait to return

Amazing hotel!! I recently stayed at Moon palace Nizuc and was thoroughly impressed by my experience. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff were welcoming and handled all formalities quickly, which was especially appreciated after a long journey. The room was clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. The on-site restaurants were excellent. Have to prebook for dinner on the app. Bit disappointed with Agra indian restaurant but rest were good. it is huge hotel and every time you need to go from one side to other, you need Golf buggy. Only drawback is you have to wait on stops for buggy and sometimes it takes ages to come. Overall My stay at was exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cancun.

Don’t waste your money here don’t buy a membership. Don’t waste your money at Moon Palace. One of the Flo riders will always be broken. The boards are no good. You will wait in line for one hour for one turn on the Flo rider. However, an even bigger problem I have. Moon Palace will not let me change the email associated with my account. I cannot even add a second one on there. If I can’t get my confirmations , I will never book here again. I have many weeks but every time I come here it seems like it is getting worse. I could spend less money going to any other Flo Rida in the world almost
