Sandos Cancun Sandos Cancun. The good , the bad and the ugly the good - the people working there make the difference. They are all very polite and hardworking. The Japanese restaurant I and St. Trope are the best The bad - the property is a dire need of remodeling. It shows age everywhere, from the rooms to the lobby and elevator and pool area. The ugly - the food is terrible in the buffet. The Mexican night was a highlight of the stay . I would probably choose a different place for a future visit.

Improvement of a Vacation property Seasons by far has the best food, Lorenzo is solid, and takes care of specific drink request outside the moral selection. Overall Sando need an upgrade in availability of Servis and selection of food at the restaurants for all inclusive The converge and front staff and the houskeep are very friendly! No swim up pool bar is a major negative

Cancún vacation Services good all the way from the time you check in meal was excellent top of the line service staff was very professional and pleasant. The facility was tight and nothing but satisfying. I will surely come again and recommend it to my fellow travelers

Super relaxing Comfortable beds, great pool area and incredibly nice staff. I was able to completely relax and had probably the best massage ever. It never felt overcrowded or rushed in any way. An overall great relaxing escape. Daniel and Bianca made this a wonderful stay

Fun in the Cancun sun The Sandos is a well-located and vibrant property. The hotel exudes a sense of fun (kudos to the excellent entertainment team for organising regular events for guests), and is in a prime beach location. The beach is stunning - powder-white sand and azure seas, which, on a sunny day, are particularly glorious. Rooms are on the dated side and could do with being modernised/refurbished. That said, the partial sea views from our balcony were exceptional. I enjoyed the diverse food offering at the hotel, though this was more on the ‘cheap and cheerful’ side than high-end luxury. If you are looking for the latter, perhaps the neighbouring Ritz-Carlton would be a better choice. If you’re looking for fun in the sun at a well-located, well-run (and fun) 5*, Sandos will suit you well. Thank you to the hotel staff for such lovely service and a great overall stay! Charles H.
