Don't book with All Ritmo Cancun Resort & Waterpark. Is SCAM, good luck getting your money back Food was terrible my family got sick, Rooms were in bad condition, especially the doors, (DID NOT FELT SAFE) the front desk people refuse to give us refund Elias Valderrama Jefe De Recepcion was very rude, he plainly did not care for my family

DO NOT go to this place, is a scam Hello Fellow travelers, DO NOT go to this place, is a scam, the hotel is falling apart, the food horrible, and there is no customer service. Elias Valderrama is just plain horrible at his job. You have been warned. Sincerely, A very disappointed

Peaceful week away from the hotel zone Had a fantastic birthday week here at the All Ritmo . Perfect place to stay away from all the Hisdle and bussle in the hotel zone. Relaxing and Julio our Concerige was an amazing help through the entire experience. The bartenders were so friendly and all the staff were extremely helpful and nice ! Hope to be back in the future !

Beautiful resort, very kind humans! All Ritmo and staff were fabulous! Very helpful before and during the entire trip. Very accommodating and Julio was one of the best we have ever had. First time in Cancun and we will definitely be returning! Very grateful for the hospitality, clean beaches, easy and accessible experiences! 10/10 would recommend! And the activities through the day and nights were so awesome!

Cancún Ostras restaurant Yes, I would just like to say that this restaurant is absolutely perfect. I would definitely recommend this restaurant on the beach. Book your reservation today!! The steak and shrimp were cooked to perfection. José Canto - Mesero Antonio Suarez - Mesero Alejandro-bar Israel - chef Miguel Angel -Chef The staff was all attentive to all of our needs. The steak was cooked to perfection. The rice and vegetables were served with the meal as well. Super delicious. Dinner on the beach was marvelous with the sun going down and the waves crashing in the background. We also ordered alcohol beverages and all the variety of drinks we ordered were delicious. 5 star. #Ostrasrestaurant. #cancun
