A grown-up break after splashing around in the sea. As a benefit of my hotel room, I experienced the Zen Spa. Hilda was incredibly attentive and thorough in explaining how to use the sauna and providing light snacks during the breaks. The two types of saunas were very comfortable, and she made sure to discuss my preferences beforehand so that the experience was tailored to my needs. The cold water pool afterwards is very chilly, but that makes it all the more refreshing. The cookies had black sesame in them, offering a familiar taste for Japanese guests.

What a relaxing week The service is phenomenal, the food is good, and the entertainment throughout the day and night was amazing. We were so relaxed (or lazy) that we never left the resort. The resort is a bit dated but who cares.

This place is amazing! The resort is absolutely impeccable. The space is beautiful and the set up is very well put together. There are daily activities and different entertainment opportunities. Gisel was great at breakfast and gave lots of good tips for things around town, Rosy took great care of us during lunch and dinner time, Diana did an amazing job leading us through the Pilates reformer class as well as the Sunset Yoga, Alexis went out of his way to make my partner vegan dessert whenever we were at the Spice restaurant, Genaro was very fun and entertaining with the activities, Luis was very attentive at the Asiana Restaurant and made sure we had a great experience! I definitely recommend coming here and staying for at least a couple of days.

My experience with Ivan at Hyatt Zilara Cancún We received 5 star service from Ivan! He was a great server and easy to talk too. Super attentive and we had enjoyable chats. Best server we have had so far! I would definitely recommend him. The food was delicious. We recommend the rib eye. At hibachi you get complementary sides as well as your entree! Come see Ivan at Asiana at Hyatt Zilara Cancún Mexico!

The type of vacation you dream about! We just adore everything about this resort! From the food to the activities to the people. We keep coming back because it’s SO GOOD! Pepe, Diana, and the entertainment team are as good as it gets. They make the resort so fun and lively as well as providing so many opportunities to work out and stay fit on vacation. We also really love Samanta and the bar and service team. They’re so hard working. We continuously go back to Punta Vista to see Arturo and love the service he provides. Always so happy to be helping his guests! Valenie at Asiana was outstanding as well as Luis!!! Jack with Playa resorts is such a great person - we love chatting with him! We will keep coming back to this resort - it feels like home!
