Bunch of bull. Do NOT depend on your reservations. Plus my 2 free nights that were done with confirmation was over 400 bucks. Told them not gonna happen. Had to go to medford. After calling 15 hotels finally found a vacancy. Thank for leaving us hanging creekside which is also 7 feathers.

Still has issues This is our 3rd and last time staying at Creekside. The first time was great, the second time (see prev review) was horrible, this third time just as bad. still dirt, hair and funk coming from the bathtub. The bed was still really bad, hard sunken in, creaking with every slight move. upon checkout I had informed the front desk with NO reaction or solution. I had emailed the management with NO replies. In their replies to reviews, they always say that they will take the info, use it and fix it and run it by the management but that's not true or they would have fixed the issues that are STILL in place.

Exceptionally nice stay! Very clean spacious rooms, the room passes my white glove inspection, everybody’s clean is different, but this was amazingly clean! Rhonda the breakfast employee is the most beautiful sweet person you will ever meet, she can juggle putting out deliciously scrumptious food, while multitasking between cleaning and instructing guests where certain items are located, I must add, I observed her having conversation with the guest's that was heartfelt and genuine, as well as with my mom and myself, Rhonda created this type of small Inn atmosphere, that you normally do not find in hotels. All of the housekeeping staff were friendly and at every request they were punctual with delivering items and met us with a smile, the front help desk was also informative and helpful as well. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s for this hotel!

Convenient location to casino The hotel use to be a Holiday Inn. Nice, comfortable stay. The heater was a little noisy, so just turned it off (the room temperature was fine). The pool and hot tub were closed, but we were told we could use 7 Feathers Casino pool and hot tub. We would stay again.

Night & Day We had a reservation in Medford at Quality Inn, it was disappointing. It smelled like dog poo. It did not feel safe. There was homeless roaming around the motel. Upon calling my brother, he said, "about an hour away, is "7 Feathers, we love staying there". We were so excited to get a room. It was clean and smelled fresh. It was comfortable. We had a King size bed. The staff were all very friendly. They served a complimentary breakfast, included eggs, sausage and hash browns, bagels, cereal, yogurt and juice. We will definitely be back.
