Rooms Needs Updating and Maintenance!! This hotel was selected by the a family member for over 30 people who were all going on a cruise. This was one of my worst experiences of a hotel room. The room was very gloomy and dingy. Did not look clean and the shower door was falling off. Also there was mold around the floor base of the shower. The only good comment I can make was that Sydney was very polite and professional when I brought these issues to her attention. Wonderful staff, just a very outdated hotel that needs attention! I tried to upload the video of the shower door but couldn't upload. Thank you again Sydney for all your help!

Cheap and nasty yet costly! It’s not good enough with more attention to detail and investment needed. Perhaps the only trade they get is from 1 night reservations from cruise embarkations. However: Freezing corridors Water just warm and plumbing broken shower Sink blocked Poor breakfast, diluted scrambled egg, few options, badly designed, cheap ingredients. The worst part. Polystyrene ‘crockery’ Plastic cutlery Extra charge for parking All the above can be easily rectified by the management. I would choose a different venue if I had my time here again.

Unfriendly desk staff Hotel reception was dark and uninviting but the rooms/bathrooms were spacious and clean. Hotel situated approx 15 min drive from Kennedy Space Station. The reason for my average review is the unfriendly, almost militant, reception staff who barked instructions/answered questions without any friendliness or politeness. On giving our names she simply said we didn’t have a reservation, no apology or ‘let me check again’. She then found our reservation under a misspelt name and basically said it was our fault because we booked through a third party! I politely pointed out that the hotel accepted third party bookings and if they made mistakes they should take it up with them. Wouldn’t return to this hotel based on the attitude of the receptionist.

Malyun We stayed here because it has pretty good reviews and was close to the port. I was incredibly impressed with the customer service—Fabi at the front desk was exceptionally nice and helpful. I’d give it 100 stars!!! The room is decent, but not worth the price I paid.

One Night Only We stayed here one night before our cruise and I wish I had booked with them directly because Expedia really got me with a crazy rate for one night! I can't say enough about Jewel at the front desk, she was truly a peach! Such good vibes. The room was dope, I think I was in 407 with a king bed and an additional room with two twin beds with an astronaut theme. The bed was comfy and I enjoyed the space. It was literally just a place to lay my head before a cruise and it served its purpose. I didn't get a chance to eat breakfast so I can't speak on that.
