Great pool, large room Not fancy, but very nice for the price. Excellent big pool area. The rooms are a little dated but overall very nice. They are in the process of painting the exterior and it looks very nice. We had an extra large room with separate living room. A little noisy as it is a popular place to stay. Walking distance to a few restaurants. The beach is less than 10 minutes away. Front desk was not very helpful as they were out of pool towles every day even after I asked several times a day. I would stay again

Not a relaxing vacation I can’t believe this hotel has such a high rating. It was unfortunately one of the worse experiences I have ever had at a hotel. My family and I travel often and I have never had to wait hours for a room to be ready after check in time. We had our 6 year old and 6 month old with us and it was very difficult after traveling for hours to wait, especially with a crying baby and Covid making it difficult to go elsewhere. They were very short staffed, never had any towels by the pool during our 2 night stay, and the grounds were very messy and dirty. The young lady behind the check in counter did her best and I felt bad that some very angry guests were taking out their frustrations on her. I’m giving 2 stars because our room was ok and the pool was heated but would have been better if it was cleaner and if they had towels. We had to use room towels and it took a day to get more of those. I was just looking to stay in Cape Canaveral again and it is a shame that I wouldn’t return here.

Highly NOT recommended Highly not recommended We booked the hotels through Anthony travel for baseball tournament at first we booked a suite later on resulted in 2 queens bed room where literally you open the door to your bed in the parking lot , which resulted in a lot of noises , so we didn’t rest to much. Higiene is horrible , old drapes with tearing aa well as old furniture , bath cleanliness was horrible just take a look at the picture that I took , in top of that I found a bug in my bed in one of the nights and other night ( last night) was a horrible smell like a broken sewer , think twice before booking , only nice thing to do is the pool .

Good Hotel Sketchy Security Bad Cleaning Staff Stayed a week for softball tournament with my family. Great pool good size room. Room was not cleaned well. shower flooded the bathroom. Towels were hard to get. Had a cleaning staff outside my room refuse to take towels and denied me extra towels. Absolutely no secuirty very sketchy people all over, smoking weed everywhere. Drunk guys in the overflow parking charcoal barbecuing and almost caught one in the chin when they were whistling at my 13year old daughter. Not close to the beach. I would stay again if I was by myself but would not let my daughter's walk around this hotel by themselves for sure.

Great hotel, twice now! We were upgraded to a suite upon arrival. It brought me to tears. More hotels should do this when they have open rooms. The room was spacious, clean and gorgeous. Beds were comfortable and room cooled well. We lived at the pool area. It was wonderful! The bartenders were all kind and went out of their way to help us. Phillip PJ was the best! Nobody will out work him and he was great with my two teenagers. Thank you to Radisson Resort at the Port. We will definitely come back and visit a 3rd time.
