A dive - stay away Marijuana being smoked all day and night. Loud people on the back deck and in the pool and a lot of drinking!! Dogs pooping and no one picking it up. A dive. Stay away from this place! Go to the Hampton down the road and you will be much happier. You get what you pay for.

Carolina the hotel manager is the best Hotel was in a great location, quiet street, we had everything we needed. Carolina went above and beyond to help us out with questions we had. She was the sweetest!!. It was a rainy week while visiting my daughter, we spend quality time in the hotel and watched many movies. Restaurants are all very close by, airport only 20 minutes. All was a very pleasant experience!

Unsafe, druggy hotel This hotel is not safe. Upon attempting to enter our room, the door was barred. The guy in the room made some lame excuses and then basically ran to his truck. We were staying with family and all 6 rooms of us left as we felt unsafe. The front desk originally said there would be no refund but the owner LEFT A VOICEMAIL with my mother in law (who was paying) saying if they disputed the charges for the rooms they wouldn’t fight it. Well that was a lie. Despite the voicemail being submitted as evidence the credit card company said they sided with the hotel and they were forced to pay.

BEWARE! Regular police presence! Beware! This is a super sketchy, outdated motel. The police arrived and were banging on the door next to ours, shouting for someone to come out. The police were there multiple times that day and when I asked them if it was safe to stay there with my son, they said there have been a lot of regular issues with the clientele there. We did not feel safe and checked out 2 hours after checking in. The woman working the front desk refused to give me a refund and later gave me a bad airbnb review out of retaliation.

Horrible in everyway We booked this hotel for one week based on the photos and description of a 'hidden Gem", upon arrival we were extremely disappointed. From the minute we arrived and tried to check in at 1:55pm, we were told our room wasn't ready. The girl in charge was totally RUDE and advised check in was 3pm. As we headed back to our car the housekeeping staff were just finishing our room #209 so I went back to the office to let the girl know, again she was not nice at all. She went and checked on the room and said it was ready but we would have to pay a $20 early check in, SERIOUSLY...at this point less than 1 hour early. As we entered the room, it was old, dated, the kitchen had very few accessories, the bedding was mismatched. The pool was green and was told not to get in. The pool furniture was horrible (very OLD). The girl in the office was annoyed every time I would ask for clean towels, etc. She was always on her phone speaking Spanish and it was like I was a bother. There was on room where there was something unusually going on, it was either drugs or prostitution. Yelling and fighting late at night. The only good thing about this is a very kind housekeeping girl named Paula. She was an angel and a very hard worker. Take my advice, STAY AWAY!!
