Happy at the Inn By The Sea From the minute you arrive until the time you leave you will want for nothing. Excellent people, excellent food and your own private beach!

No Hospitality. I don't usually leave reviews, but this is an exception. Perhaps the rudest front desk staff I've ever experienced, and I travel a lot. They go beyond unhelpful into unpleasant territory. If I had to guess, my opinion is that if you're not ethnically "their type," you might be sorry.

We love it there We used to live in Cape Elizabeth and Scarborough, so this is our chance to revisit the beautiful surroundings and beach environment

Very overpriced Very overpriced, not friendly service staff and overall a poor experience for a venue that was so expensive. There was no high quality service.

Lovely inn with dynamite views This place is so nice and has everything you'd possibly need for a weekend away. They have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and feeling very pampered. We ate dinner at the Sea Glass Restaurant, and it was superb! 5 star quality throughout! The 3-minute walk to the beach is an adventure in itself, as you walk on a boardwalk through conservation land. Just before you get to the beach you are offered towels, water and snacks as well. They supply beach chairs and umbrellas too. Very nice place!
