Can’t go wrong!! My go to whether it’s on my bike in the summer or skiing in Snowmass in the winter. Friendly staff clean rooms. What more can you ask for ? I laugh when I read the reviews that it is overpriced . Check out the price of a room in Snowmass Village or God forbid Aspen. I love the town of Carbondale as it has it has several great restaurants. Check out Smitty’s for breakfast and there several restaurants serving alcohol within walking distance.

Look no further, you found the right hotel The people make this place special. I can't remember the last time I stayed anywhere, that had staff as helpful and thoughtful as this place. Staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Have a bad back, hard to get the luggage to the second floor. No problem, housekeeping literally runs over and asks to bring my bag up. Their initiative, I asked nobody for help. Bravo!

Great but with a billing issue Nice hotel. Clean. Great breakfast. Noting much to walk to in terms of eating out. Handy for Aspen skiing. Only issue we had was with pre-authorisation using a debit card. Why is this needed when we are paying for our stay upfront? When will the $30 be returned? Please reply to my emails!

Great Stay and Service (SHOUTOUT JILL AND JOJO) Great location and stay in Carbondale. Although we stayed there for proximity to Aspen and Glenwood Springs, we loved the town of Carbondale too! The kicker is, almost two or three weeks after the stay, my girlfriend realized she forgot her favorite shirt. Well, the staff found it and sent to me free of charge. They were super helpful and communicative. Thanks!!

Comfortable Bed, Terrible Bathroom and Pricey!! We were visiting Carbondale for a wellness retreat. The location of Comfort Inn and Suites is great and (some of) the staff are really pleasant and made us feel welcome. The bed was actually really comfortable but the bed-skirt was stained/dirty and gave us pause. The bathroom was in desperate need of an upgrade! The shower had no water pressure, the valve was a mess so finding hot water was a fun puzzle each day; all the fixtures were corroded and leaking. For the price we paid, we felt it should have been a much better experience. We are familiar with the Comfort Suites brand and this did not meet the standards we have seen in other areas.
