Superior Customer Service My original stay was one night. I got sick and I had to extend my visit. I informed the front desk and the were super nice to me. I was even offered complimentary breakfast. Thanks to Kelly, Andre and Aldina. They showed so much empathy. _ _ _ _ _

False alarm in the middle of the night. We stayed in this hotel due to the proximity to an event nearby at 7am the next morning. The fire alarm went off at 12:30am. We evacuated then were told to go back to the room. The alarm went off again 30 mins after we got back to the room. Evacuated again. The sound was deafening and took several hours to get back to sleep.

Great Services!! Bridget was amazing from the time I walked in the door until the time I got my room key!! She greeted me with a smile and we had some small talk; she was very professional and willing to answer my questions! The hotel smells great and the room was very clean!!

Wonderful The place was clean, parking easy and welcoming staff at front desk. The person stood out the most was a young lady named Bridget. Very helpful and friendly. Would not think twice about booking there again next time we go down to Long Island. Thanks again Bridget! Jeff and Nancy Lynch

Family friendly stay at Holiday Inn Westbury The experience at the front desk was extremely accommodating. Monica was always very helpful throughout my stay. The location is fantastic. There are so many great restaurants, stores and attractions. The room was clean and odor-free. Overall, a great experience.
