My kids LOVED this hotel maybe even more than Legoland itself. Interactive lobby, dance party elevators, theme rooms, nice heated pool, breakfast buffet included, friendly staff, lego character appearances, evening entertainment, safe in room with a daily lego surprise. Jorge from the lobby, the hero of the hotel, took us to check in in the morning for breakfast, he gave us one of his miniatures and he keeps the playground very clean for the kids to keep on playing. No cons, cleanliness is actually pretty good compared to most kid friendly places-- kids make everything messy. tip: order food delivery or go out to dinner. I ordered Starbucks in the morning, Cava for lunch & we had a great dinner at King's Fish House one night.

So fun! Legoland has such awesome attention to detail/theming. It really adds to the experience. We really enjoyed our stay. It’s hard to be in a bad mood getting out of that fun elevator! Go take pics by theme park sign after breakfast, before people start lining up.

NOT great like Florida Legoland Legoland California is not Legoland Florida. California staff is exceptionally rude and the hotel itself is not remotely on par with Florida. Food is really limited, and there are amenities that are closed with not consistency (such as pool side cantina).

10/10 of my best stays!!! It is the first time I stay here, like every hotel has its pros and cons, and LEGOLAND HOTEL has more pros than cons. In the morning I met with one of the employees of this hotel Jorge from the lobby area, from my point of view a very committed employee, he told me about the activities of both hotels that I could use the laundry of the castle hotel, activities within the hotels and the schedules I loved the information so precise and clear, a gentleman. so on this side the staff is very attentive. The rooms are not very big but they are worth it, they are very clean, it has a safe for your valuables like a mini fridge, it's great, the decor is beautiful, everything inside the room is very clean. I really loved the rooms, I think the negative here would be the view, you only see a parking lot but other than that they are great.

It's a good choice We came to visit California and decided to stay at this hotel. We thought about other options but we stayed with this one because of the proximity to the park. It was worth it. The rooms are great for the kids. The fun continues in the afternoon (I think there are more activities where adults can participate). Jorge Ignacio gave us badges and a minifigure to my son. He only gave the other one badges, but my kids were very happy. He is a great worker. Another thing we liked was the check-in. You can do it yourself. It is fast. Even though it took a while to give us our room, the excellent service from everyone made up for it. A very good place.
