Great place for families We had a great time at the Omni Resort. It was sad to leave after the three days we stayed there. The staff has been great. From the check in, to the pool, kids club and the market place. Sienna who worked there several days when we ate at the Market was so attentive and friendly and made a clear difference. Room was nice and clean and the overall resort and amenities were great. 5/5 stars from us !!!

MUST STAY The resort is simply stunning. Everything is a 10. The rooms, the pool, the lobby, the surrounding and especially the staff are all top notch.

Warning about the Villa’s Booked a villa for 2nights & it was so gross I had couldn’t stay. Outdated very worn furniture, lots of stains on the carpet & more importantly it was filthy! There was dust caked on the ceiling fans (1st thing I noticed when I walked in) & light pendants . Spider webs covering the ceiling. I’m sorry but if the obvious is not cleaned then neither is the inobvious. Front desk was very nonchalant & unbothered so I’m assuming this is something they are used to because you would think they would be embarrassed. They said they were booked & the only thing we could do was wait for it to be deep cleaned but they had no time frame on how long that would take. I have a child with severe allergies so there was no way I was staying. I left & stayed at the Parker Hyatt (four seasons) instead & it was the best decision. Beautiful property & exceptional service for a little more $. They were more apologetic about the last minute switch of hotel than the Omni was. I have stayed many times at the Omni because my kids like the pool & it has always been great. However, this time I was so disappointed in both the room & the response that I don’t think I will be going back.

Do not waste your money Lets start with the good: The check in staff and front desk were very kind and helpful, as well as the Valet and Pool Staff. Now the issues: When entering the room, the door stuck- as in I had to put my weight in it to open and shut. The bathroom door handle fell off upon trying to open, and every time the toilet flushed it sounded like the toilet was going to explode. We ventured out and when I returned to the room, the key card wasn't registering so I went to get a new key. Once i returned to the room it still wasn't working so I pushed on the door and it opened... as in it never locked. I reported the issues and they had maintenance come out the following morning. When we went to breakfast at the Vue on property, the two teenagers at the front were very unprofessional, one even having a toothpick hanging out his mouth and constantly handling it then handling our menus (gross). Once seated, we didn't have anyone at our table for 10 minutes and only after I flagged down a manager. Our service after was good, and the food was decent but I couldn't help thinking about the cleanliness of everything after seeing management not care about the toothpick guy. (If you allow that, what else are you overlooking?). Since that experience was less than desirable, we decided to leave property for the remainder of our trip to eat. Cleanliness of the pool areas is lacking, as in the whole area needs a deep power wash, every chair is covered in bird waste, hair clumps in the drains on the walkways, and do not look up at the umbrellas as its also covered in bird waste as well. We got to the pool first thing in the morning and you could visibly see band aids, trash and other left over things in the bottom of the pool. As the day progressed, you could see the water getting foggy from what i assume is a mix of sunscreen and urine. The lifeguards were less than attentive, chatting with each other with minimal care of the kids coming down the slides. Overall, I would not pay this price, as I could stay at something nicer by the ocean for the same price point who value patrons, and place cleanliness higher.
