Amazing Zen relaxing place! It was amazing!!! I loved the quaint feel of the property. The hot tub was great. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet! The staff is friendly, helpful and kind, from the check in to check out. We definitely want to go back. Thank you staff at Carmel Valley lodge.

Thoroughly enjoyable Can’t say enough good things! Comfortable beds, friendly staff, spectacular gardens & the best continental breakfast I’ve ever had. Great location, 10 minute walk to restaurants, tasting rooms & art galleries. I already can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

LIVING LARGE IN CARMEL VALLEY Escape Carmel fog and stay here, you will NOT regret it. Beautiful grounds, exceptional pool plus personal touches in your clean room. Local farmer Joe brings produce for your breakfast! Staff are friendly and personable. All this and of course, easy walking distance to the restaurants, wineries in the Village - can't beat it, see you there!

We've enjoyed this peaceful gem since 1995. We have been going to the Carmel Valley Lodge since 1995, enjoying this tranquil piece of heaven now through 4 dogs and I believe several of the Lodge owners. We may be the longest-tenured visitors. I especially love the gardens and the quiet there, and in the village too, which is far less pretentious and busy than Carmel. The owners are always upgrading to keep the older property up to date. They serve a very nice breakfast which you can enjoy in a dining room, outside in the garden or in your room. The staff are all very kind and friendly. Parking is close to your room. The pool is large, always clean, with lots of chairs and lounges.

Great spot, family fun! Love this spot! Simple, great location, warm accommodating staff and wonderful breakfast! Our kids had a blast in the pool and the hot tub. The beds are very comfortable and great sheets. The grounds are stunning, so many flowers in bloom. The location is walking distance to DT Carmel Valley. It's just a gem in my option. Simple but perfect for families!
