Work and pleasure Very disappointed with my stay. Numerous issues from check-in mistakes, no hot water, toilet not flushing and then having security barge in my room in the middle of the night made for a horrible night’s sleep. Check-in process is quite archaic and staff can’t seem to figure out how to enter rewards program info (this is my third extended stay and have zero nights and points thus far).

Roaches every where Room was full of roaches just gross, and no refund offered or to change rooms very unhappy with my stay!!

Make sure what they will charge you when you’re gone! When I got home I found out they had charged me $254 for 3 continental breakfasts and something about the reservation which they never mentioned ahead of time, all they said it was for “incidentals”!!! As I see it 3 continental breakfasts cost me $254 !!!!

Room not available on arrival, SERVICE FEE!! for what??, lame pool, no ocean view, mediocre neighborhood My one positive comment is that the room was clean and well organized. Although could use more light.
