Front desk so helpful! We stayed at the Best Western by the Omaha airport after a busy day of travel and missing our flight. Upon check-in I had explained to the lady at the desk, Shantel (sp?). She gave us a discount for being a distressed traveller, which she did not have to do. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and comfortable. She really made a bad day much better. The room was nice and clean. Beds were comfy and the shower pressure was good. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Shantel!!

Good place to stay if you are on an early flight We stayed here last week for one night. We were booked on a 6 am flight and the hotel worked well for our needs. The Reception staff are both welcoming and helpful. The shuttle service was great. Can not comment on the breakfast as we left too early. Food options next door to the hotel if required. Our experience at the restaurant (can’t recall its name) was not great. There is also a Subway and service station there.

Nice place to stay Friendly staff and fast check-in. I had a king room, and it was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked well as did bathroom amenities. Parking lot was well lit, and hotel is very close to the Omaha airport. The only downside was I was on the east side of the building and did hear a lot of the traffic, but otherwise a nice place to stay.

Sucked The manager kicked me out after one of the employees asked me if I was homeless. Wow sorry I was wearing a tank top. This happened today in real time. They even turned other customers who didn't understand the situation against me. Won't answer my calls to switch from another night there. Crazy. Only 550 dollar 3 night stay that I got booted from

Neither terrific or terrible We found the room could be in better repair. Damaged wall in the bath and smelled of smoke. Manager did offer to change our room, but we declined. Breakfast was good, Room was ok otherwise. Hottub was warm not hot and no towels in pool or in the gym. The hotel was very busy the night we stayed.
