No hot water, no housekeeping in between days. Hot water in the evening, then cold water the next morning. Other people on the same floor were complaining about the same thing. No housekeeping in-between days, but there wasn't a notice about that in the room.

Do not stay. No hot water unclean My production crew and I stayed at this hotel. 10/10/2023. We were doing a production at the Carteret Performing Arts Center. I picked this hotel since it was the better of the 2 closest nearby. The Red Roof inn or this one. This 3 stars. But come Wednesday morning my staff was upset I booked them in a hotel which had absolutely no HOT Water. Every single room! I booked 7 rooms. Including my own reservation From Monday 10/9 night to checkout 10/11. My staff was quite upset. I am going to tell the Carteret Performing Arts Center do not book in your hotel. Having ice and yes I mean ice cold water is not acceptable when we pay $$. I hope someone will reach out to me regarding this. Just dropped $1000 for bad rooms and my staff is upset. We do productions at the Carteret Performing Arts Center. I will advise all crew talent executives whomever DO NOT STAY here. We are having several more events in the next 2 months. Will not stay here. I will continue to post this on every hotel booking site I use. After 2 long 12-14 hour days each and everyone was looking for a decent hot shower. Whether night or morning. Likewise restaurant and bar was closed. I should’ve listened to the earlier reviews. But took a chance. In fact a few of my staff booked themselves in the Red Roof Inn for cheaper and had better experience. Also the door to my room never locked or closed tight. Very unsafe.

Worst Hotel Experience; dirty sheets, bugs, and no towels Don’t waste your money on this roach hotel. Upon arriving we check in an proceeded to our non smoking room that smelled like smoke. We pulled the pull out couch for my son to sleep on, it was broken with nails sticking out, the mattress was flipped upside down. Checking the mattress it was covered in dirt and stains. They sent maintenance up who didn’t speech English so through translate we found that they couldn’t get the pull out couch fixed or a clean mattress. We then went to Walmart to get a blow up mattress. Came back and called for sheets, the sheets they brought were dirty with stains. They told us they didn’t have any others. We went to shower and had no towels in our bathroom. Called the front and they had no towels, so we went to bed. Called for towels in the morning and still no towels, will have to wait till after 9. My family and I had to use the sheets from the bed as towels because we needed to leave before they would have towels. I have killer 5 ants and the floors look like they have never been cleaned. So please take my advise and do not stay here a motel would be a better more comfortable time.

Overpriced We came here on a weekend. We checked in around 8:00 p.m. We didn't have a reservation and they charged us 300 dollars for the night plus another 100 dollars for the damage deposit. Looking online after for a booking is way cheaper about 100 a night. One of the tvs in the room didn't work. The room was clean and spacious. They need to update their information booklet. Says free complimentary breakfast buffet. Other than the free coffee in the room there was no breakfast at all not even a to go option. A total ripoff for the money we paid. Won't be staying here again!
