Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. I stayed here for one night on a business trip. It was clean, the staff was very friendly and the location was just down the road from my conference. The decor is a little bit run down, specially in the breakfast area, but the room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the towels soft and the shower had great water pressure. It was a bit hard to find, as the sign is set back from the Highway and the hotel isn’t visible from the road. Overall a nice stay.

Not clean I’m really disappointed in this hotel. The first room we were given still had dog hair on the sheets and smelled of mildew. The elevator floor was sticky all 5 days we were there and desperately needs service before it completely breaks down. The breakfast area tables had crumbs/food from the prior day everyday, dead cock roaches on the floor in front of waffle station, all trash cans overflowing not to mention there is NO light cleaning in the actual room so people just put their overflowing trash cans outside their rooms to sit all week. There’s stains all over the hallway carpet. The bananas put out at breakfast look to be a full week past ripe. Front desk staff was pleasant. Location was good for tournament we were in town for. Pool is a quiet retreat.

Do NOT stay here! This hotel was awful. When we arrived, the trashcan in front of the building was overflowing with beer cans and bottles. When we walked in, it smelled like cigarette smoke and wet dogs. The women’s restroom in the lobby always smelled like someone had been smoking in it, which was no surprise being that the staff was always walking around with a pack of cigarettes in their hands. The breakfast area was disgusting every day and was not cleaned properly. The tables had dried food from the prior day on them and the coffee area was never wiped down. The fruit at breakfast always looked very old and not fresh. I would never stay here again.

Best experience ever !!! Wow !! Ashley is such amazing!! She work the front desk does house keeping and she is the best . She stayed on top of everything even helped me wit the vending machine haha _ way to goo Ashley Blanks!!!! I’ve never been to a hotel that treated me just like royalty!!

Quiet, Nice Hotel This hotel is on a hill. The GM is very personable. The hotel is very clean and has been updated recently. They offer guests a free breakfast in the lobby area. My room was on the third floor and had a king size bed. The hotel is very quiet. I really enjoyed the bath amenities - shampoo and the conditioner. The room also offered a microwave and a clock. They offer no gift shop. A couple of issues - no plastic cups were in the room, there was no bathmat, the floor needed to be vacuumed again. There were black spots on the bed spread. Cartersville is a great area - they offer attractions, great restaurants and local shopping. I would stay here again.
