DoubleTree by Hilton Raleigh - Cary

Great stay, outstanding service! Outstanding service sets this place apart. From the minute we arrived (albeit very late) to the time we departed, we felt the great customer service this place had to offer. The check in area staff member was very nice and he explained how everything worked in detail and offered my son an allergy free cookie when he found out he had a peanut allergy. From there, we were both starving so we went to the on site restaurant in the lobby. The outstanding customer service continued there with the bartender and chef. The bartender went out of his way to engage with my son and they even shared some rapport about baseball, while the chef came out and ran through their night time menu with us because of my son’s allergy. The burgers we ordered were absolutely phenomenal and so were the chicken quesadillas. Monte, the bartender, was a breath of fresh air. Probably the most attentive bartender I’ve experienced and is an absolute gem for this hotel to have in his role. The breakfast could use a little work because the pancakes were overdone on the edges and soft in the middle and the link sausage was hard, but their lunch and dinner time offerings more than made up for it. This hotel has an indoor pool which is never busy and ample fitness center that unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to use because of the busy weekend full of travel baseball. This hotel is located in a great area with tons of restaurants and shopping nearby, including a very nice Target within walking distance. The rooms were good size and the beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in throughout my many nights in hotels. This was our first time staying in a DoubleTree by Hilton and it did not disappoint! Outstanding hotel at a great rate.

Convenient one night stay Enjoyed our one night stay. Convenient location not far from the highway. Plenty of restaurants near by. It was nice getting a warm cookie upon check in. Room was very clean and plenty of counter space and storage. Bathroom was spacious but the only downside was that a ton of water leaks out onto the floor from the shower. The gym was nice to use and they have a pool as well. Would definitely stay at again and recommend to others.

Excellent hotel in Raleigh in great location If you’re looking for a clean comfortable spacious room and love warm cookies this is your place. We have stayed here 3 times in the past year as a stop on the way to FL and it’s always perfect. If you’re GF they have cookies for you too. We have had room service here and food is great. The bed is so comfortable and room great for a family with a little one with the couch that turns into a bed and large TV with Disney channel. Front desk is welcoming and can’t complain one bit this is why I keep coming back. Highly recommend.

Best of DoubleTree Hilton Excellent hotel! Clean and designed with family in mind. Beds are the best at the doubletree brand. Bathroom beautiful and functional. Utilized the app to check in and choose my room and then keyless entry option. Never had to go to front desk which made it so convenient for us travelers arriving late and leaving very early in morning. Security was visible at 4am when we left for our trip. The doors are a little loud when they close/slam from the mechanism and that’s tough at 2am for surrounding rooms. On my list to return to this hotel for future visits.

Best place to stay in Cary area This place is amazing! Clean and friendly staff. GM is amazing too! Will definitely be back!! Breakfast is amazing too! Can’t say enough about how pleased I am. Can’t wait to come back!!!!!! Share with friends. Definitely the place to stay!
